Something has change within company lately. yes the ride comes on time, very nice comfortable cars, very reliable transportation. Years past Steven was replying very quickly or at least sent a generic reply saying, something like can’t text back but text you when time permits. or at least he had the read feature in the texts. Well this time Logan provided the service, which it was fine, ver courteous young man, on time, etc. But now they dont reply promptly, no acknowledgment of message read. i have been asking for an itemized bill, as the amount due is quite different and I am not saying I wont pay, I just need an itemized bill, but not even a quick thumbs up. Well I hope someone reply to my texts and inquires.
