We had our granny flat built by Sakris, Nick, Zahi, Tony, and Eva (5 Star Granny Flats Team). From start to finish, they were very easy to deal with, always friendly, and their service was really good. They made the whole process much less stressful than I expected, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had along the way. The only small issue we faced was with the concrete driveway, which took about three weeks to complete. However, Sakris and his team made sure everything was sorted out properly, and in the end, it turned out great A big thank you to Zahi for the helpful consultation, Eva for the beautiful design work, Tony for guiding us with the tiles and colours, Nick for being such a reliable on-site supervisor, and of course to Sakris for managing the whole 5 Star Granny Flats Team so well. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out. The build quality is great, the team were reliable and hardworking, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of building a granny flat. We’re super glad we chose them!

These guys are amazing. Their work is excellent, the cost is very competitive, the service provided by the office stuff is outstanding. In the last 4 years, 5 Star built 3 granny-flats and 1 studio for me: each single project has left me truly satisfied to the point that I did not hesitate to pass their details to friends. It has been a wonderful and stress free experience having chosen 5 Star Granny Flats for our very first granny flat build. The team has been trully amazing and hassle free to deal with right from the start. Would like to especially thank and mention the following people who made our whole build project experience very smooth and worry free. Zahi (Zac) right from the start of our initial inquiry has been very prompt, professional, honest and accomodating when it comes to our questions about inclusion/exclusion costs and quote estimates. Tony and Nicola from the admin team have always been prompt with their response to our email queries and were always polite and willing to help with any of our questions. Eva was very helpful when it came to the design stage providing valuable insight and knowledge to optimise and maximise the available space when it comes to the granny flat layout. Sam, our site manager, was very professional and approachable and has always been on top of everything all the way through. He's always ready to answer any of our questions and quick to resolve any minor concerns we had at every stage of the project. 5-Star Builder has been so professional and helpful from day 1 of the process. Right from Zahi, who helped us with the initial process, to Eva, who spent endless hours designing the house patiently with us, to our project manager Aziz, who took immense pride in getting all of the issues and concerns solved quickly and efficiently. The entire team at 5 Star Granny Builders is switched on, proactive, and always available. The best part is that both Anthony and Sarkis are the kind of people who make things happen. I gave them a tricky project due to the unusual layout of my backyard, and to be honest, they made the whole process feel effortless. They took all my worries away, handled every challenge with ease, and made it stress-free for me. Anthony and Sarkis are incredibly easy to deal with, and I can honestly say I never heard a "NO" from them. Every request I made was listened to and actioned promptly and reasonably. We started our build in October 2021 and we have successfully recieved a beautiful home for my mum to move into. Within these 7 months, every step of the way, each team member of five star builders held our hand and guided us through every step of the way. Tony helped us greatly in all aspects of admin and council dealings and spent time getting to us know as well. Sarkis and Anthony are super helpful, friendly and I found them professional yet personable at the same time. We were very impressed by the builders using "old school" techniques and actually building our granny flat using skill and brains, rather than precast ready made stuff. Mannan who overseas all the trades staff was here every morning at making sure deadlines were being met and work performed was to our satisfaction.
