5 Star Granny Flats built us a completely custom granny flat to our exact specifications while also contending with our council's unreasonable fire and flood requirements. All the staff were very friendly and they smashed it out with no fuss or bother. Our site had poor access, and the location of the granny flat required extensive excavation and an intricate slab. On top of this, they were required to build a complex rain management system for the council, even after encountering issues outside of their control they just kept moving and got the job done. Very happy with the final product. It is a one of a kind granny flat of an extremely high quality.

We had our granny flat built by Sakris, Nick, Zahi, Tony, and Eva (5 Star Granny Flats Team). From start to finish, they were very easy to deal with, always friendly, and their service was really good. They made the whole process much less stressful than I expected, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had along the way. The only small issue we faced was with the concrete driveway, which took about three weeks to complete. However, Sakris and his team made sure everything was sorted out properly, and in the end, it turned out great A big thank you to Zahi for the helpful consultation, Eva for the beautiful design work, Tony for guiding us with the tiles and colours, Nick for being such a reliable on-site supervisor, and of course to Sakris for managing the whole 5 Star Granny Flats Team so well. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out. The build quality is great, the team were reliable and hardworking, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of building a granny flat. We’re super glad we chose them!

These guys are amazing. Their work is excellent, the cost is very competitive, the service provided by the office stuff is outstanding. In the last 4 years, 5 Star built 3 granny-flats and 1 studio for me: each single project has left me truly satisfied to the point that I did not hesitate to pass their details to friends. The 5 Star team was very helpful and efficient in the whole process. We gad a granny flat project at our place in Penrith, the team was patient through the process of design finalisation, product selection and onsite works coordination. The team did good job on keeping us informed of the works progress. They helped with little things we asked on the fly which would rather delay the proceedings. Upon completion the team was efficient in site cleanup and left the place with little to worry about. We thank 5 Stars team... The build took a longer than expected to complete, with some delays mainly due to worker availability and inconsistent scheduling, which was frustrating at times. Communication was non-existent with the previous project manager. However, once Aziz took over, things improved significantly and the project started moving more smoothly. Aziz genuinely tried his best to keep everything on track. He communicated clearly, provided regular updates, followed up with workers, and addressed my concerns promptly. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process much more reassuring. I would recommend 5 Star Granny Flats — having a strong project manager like Aziz makes a big difference, especially when unexpected delays arise.
