5 Star Granny Flats built us a completely custom granny flat to our exact specifications while also contending with our council's unreasonable fire and flood requirements. All the staff were very friendly and they smashed it out with no fuss or bother.
Our site had poor access, and the location of the granny flat required extensive excavation and an intricate slab. On top of this, they were required to build a complex rain management system for the council, even after encountering issues outside of their control they just kept moving and got the job done. Very happy with the final product. It is a one of a kind granny flat of an extremely high quality.
