I discovered John through recommendations of several friends. Our project consisted of a manufactured ADU situated in an area needing extensive clearing and a new septic system, adding a gravel area to replace a mud pit between our home and encroaching wetland, and clearing of overgrown trails so we could access areas of our property. Our project spread out over an extensive amount of time to get all the permits in place. John was with us every step of the way and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I hired John to do all the excavation work for my new custom home in Bellingham from 2020-2021. The lot was a challenge due to the steepness of the lot. He did an amazing job with the excavation work including grading, drainage ditches with perforated pipe and drain rock, backfill, bringing in fill, final grading, etc. I liked him so much that I hired him to additional work on the property. He is easy going, reliable, flexible, professional, and takes pride in all of his work. His pricing is fair as well and does his best to work with your schedule.
