Beaufort County is very fortunate to have a company like 4 M Metals. In the five years that I have lived here I have had many opportunities to do business with them and in every case they have gone out of their way to facilitate my needs. In each situation they were anxious to accommodate me and were always friendly and pleasant to work with. Great people and a great business I plan on associating with for years to come!

4M Metals is the reason we have a beautiful metal roof on our new home. I have been so impressed with the way they do business. Chad and Tricia are polite, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Plus their quality of work is impeccable. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again should I need any other metal work done.

The owner does not have the best customer service. The first time I went there he came at me with wise butt comments after asking questions. Still made a purchase. The second time I loaded up my PAID purchase which was outside and I planned on coming in to talk to them. He confronted me outside and said he thought I was stealing but I told him who I was and was coming in to talk to him. Didn't drop it there. Told me I need to come inside first before loading. The product and price is great but limit your chat with the owner. Smile some my friend.

My experience was chad didn’t want to be there or talk to us. He was unhelpful, and treats customers with disrespect. Never made suggestions or any contributions. I would rather go anywhere other than chad. He had a bad attitude and frankly he’s under qualified for the work he does. After having made this review chad has put my picture and information up in plain view of customers to prove even further a lack of professionalism and willingness to be cordial. Just know if you go here he is pompous and will try to embarrass you.

Excellent service, prompt, and reasonable. The shop is neat as a pin and the owner is most willing to offer advise and tips regarding installation. So pleased I found this after trying two other services — that never returned phone call. 4M called back even though they were closed for vacation!

We purchased the aged copper color roofing from 4M Metals for our house in Old Town Bluffton and receive compliments routinely! Its durable, long lasting and gorgeous.... We are happy customers!

I needed a large piece of sheet metal for cooking oysters over my fire pit. Chad knew exactly what gauge metal I needed, had it cut for me immediately and they gave me a T-Shirt! People there are very helpful and friendly. Give them a call and judge for yourself before believing anything you read here.
