Appreciated the clear communication and fair price. My house is pretty easy, main level and just a few daylight windows in the basement. They got them all done in less than two hours. Highly suggest!

Malakai did an incredible job cleaning our windows. He was quick to respond to our request for cleaning, gave us a very fair price, and did an excellent job inside and out!

I like the distilled water concept for cleaning windows, as it's so much safer, using a long brush and water. The windows dry streak free. That being said Malachi is not afraid to pull out the ladder using traditions methods if a little elbow grease is needed.

Contacted Glacier Cleaning Service who right after this changed their name to 406 Window Cleaning to clean a 70 x 25 concrete slab from dry wall construction. Agent looked at job and agree to vac and mop on Dec 23. Agent sent a 13 year old minor, and her older sister, with shop vacs and a Swiffer home mop. They were completely unprepared for the job. So I gathered a my own mops, two wring buckets and soap and water so they could continue. I called the Agent and requested he supply a squeegee and he refused saying he was too busy. Thats when I asked the females ages and found out one was a minor. I called the agent and requested MT Contractors, Work Comp, Independent Contractor Certification and he refused. I asked the older female who the girls worked for and they said Glacier Cleaning and were paid by check. The Agent then told me he was sending the girls to get the squeegee and the females loaded up their Shop vacs and Swiffer mop and left the property. The agent then texted me the following: "Hey this is Malakai. The girls are not going to be returning for the completion of that job. I warned you in advance that I am not a professional in cleaning but I was willing to tackle it anyway, that would be why we don't have the professional equipment for the job. The girls there have their own business and insurance as well as me. The one girls workers comp information is not something I have to legally publicly share. I don't appreciate you talking down on me to them either, they told me everything that you said, and have it all recorded. You made them extremely uncomfortable and you inhibited them to leave which is illegal. I don't do business with people of that sort. I should be billing you for the work that has already been done but I don't have time to deal with this." I replied that if we wanted to bill me, he would need to supply a W9, contractors license and work comp certification. He never replied back. Instead he called a lawyer who called me demanding I return their cleaning tools, which he could not itemize. Then the Agent called the Sheriff and filed a complaint under Montana’s Kidnapping law saying I illegally detained them and stole their tools. Turns out they did not have any work comp insurance and were not registered with the State. The business activities are suspect based on my experience with them and I would never call them for anything. ***Your response (which you deleted) was so full of baloney that I am going to leave it here. You lie, you cheat, and you deserve what I wrote. I would be happy to post that I filed with the State just to prove you lied about the "creepy" comment just for starters. And about the recording you said you and your employees have... what are you going to do with that? One lie means you can't be trusted. I will include your deleted response as a photo below.
