Great people! Great neighbors! Thanks for my driveway and for the hay. Remember when people leave negative reviews it is usually generated by not getting things they way they want. At the end of the day these folks at 405 are feeding their families too. They did a kindness for me and I have never even had a conversation with them. I would say that speaks volumes for who they are and the kind of business they run. Thanks again!!

405 Equipment (Lexington, OK): Absolute Dishonesty – Charged $1200 for One Day of Faulty Equipment Rented Equipment: Tractor/Heavy Machinery Date of Rental: August 2024 Amount Charged: Approximately $1200 My experience with 405 Equipment in Lexington, OK, was a complete disaster and a costly lesson in poor customer service and highly questionable business practices. In August, I rented a piece of heavy equipment (a tractor) for a necessary project. The machine was clearly not properly maintained. After less than one full day of operation, the clutch failed entirely, rendering the equipment unusable and putting my entire project on hold. Upon notifying 405 Equipment, I was shocked to find that despite the tractor breaking down immediately due to what was clearly a pre-existing mechanical issue (a bad clutch), they refused to issue a full refund. Worse, they charged me the full weekly rental rate of almost $1200 for just a single day of use of a broken machine. This blatant disregard for the customer is made worse by the fact that their own rental agreement guarantees operational equipment. They knowingly charged me for a defect that directly violated the terms of the contract and refused to make it right. It’s clear they were aware the clutch was failing. Do not trust 405 Equipment. They will rent you faulty equipment and then charge you exorbitant rates for their mistake while refusing to honor their guarantee. Rent elsewhere if you expect equipment that actually works and a company that stands by its contracts.

Promised a mini excavator on Friday for a weekend checkout. It came back damaged from person who rented before. No call telling us there was not one available so I made a trip for nothing. On the plus side, one came available on Saturday and they called us. We were able to rent it and get our dirt work finished. Upon returning, we were charged $25 for not cleaning it although my husband used power washer on it. Even that was okay, but staff wasn't very friendly. I think we would rather deal with Crossland because the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Picture is when I returned it. It looked pretty clea. To us.

405 equipment did a great job for us. We were caught out of town doing a power wash project and the power wash went out. We were able to go there and get equipment and reasonably priced appreciate them so much. Highly recommended.

Smooth sailing from the jump, picked out the trailer I wanted, Brittany ordered it & showed up a few weeks later. They even delivered it Dang near to my doorstep. Great little business they run.
