We just can’t say enough great things about 4 Wheel Towing!! Our hybrid vehicle died in our garage and we weren’t terribly concerned because our USAA insurance coverage includes towing. To our chagrin, however, the first two towing companies they contracted to tow our car to the dealership for diagnosis & repair appeared to continually put us at the bottom of the queue as more lucrative tow jobs came in. Their text ETAs would get down to 20 minutes, then jump to 2 hours. We waited all…day…long, only to be forced to rent a car last minute to get to an event we couldn’t miss in SLC. The representatives I spoke with by phone at both companies were very dismissive, and they did not contact us as promised when they agreed to check with their drivers for a reasonable ETA after lengthy delays. Suffice it to say our patience had run out. The next morning, I instructed the insurance representative to find us a GOOD towing company that would actually come on time and get us taken care of. Hallelujah that we had the luck to have 4 Wheel Towing assigned to us! The difference was night and day. Ella, the company representative, was pleasant and informative, with a caring attitude, and she kept us informed as to when their tow truck driver would arrive. Diego, the best tow truck operator ever, arrived within a short timeframe and on time, and he did an excellent job of transporting our vehicle to the dealership as requested. He, too, was personable, and creative with getting our vehicle out of the garage. We are forever grateful to Ella and Diego for turning our experience around, and we are recommending that USAA put their company at the top of their approved vendor list. This company and their representatives are absolutely A+ and we highly recommend!

They did a great job with customer service and care. It did not feel like a “sales pitch” to just try and get money, they took time to listen to our situation and help the best they could. Highly recommend, Rick was great and professional. They said the car would get dropped off around 8:00pm and they got it here before 7:00pm. The price was not bad at all, they helped take a lot of stress away by being simple understanding and patient

Car was dead in the garage and 4 wheel towing did an amazing job of getting it started and getting it towed safely to the dealership to check out beats going in. Amber was very timely in keeping me updated throughout the day and Diego was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and caring with me and my car. Highly recommend!

My company used 4Wheel Towing to tow a customer's vehicle. They were efficient, responded quickly to emails, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. The morning of, the appropriate questions were asked to ensure they were fully knowledgeable of the situation. Daph said he would arrive at 3pm, and he arrived right on schedule! The prices are quite reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them, and if I ever need another tow, I know just who to call!

Daph and Rick were amazing. Excellent communication and pricing. They went above and beyond when I was in a tough spot. I dropped my sole car key down a storm drain while parked on 11th East. Rick waited while my partner jumped into the drain to search for the key and was very helpful during the whole ordeal, bringing a bucket, shovel, and cleaning supplies. Great experience and I’d call 4 wheel again (but I’ll still get a key copy made to prevent this).

Very professional and caring! They made sure I understood when they would be there. Also, they took the time to troubleshoot if a tow was actually needed. I felt well taken care of!

We had an amazing experience with Ricardo from 4Wheel Towing! He arrived so quickly and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Not only did he provide fast and efficient service, but he also helped us solve the main issue with our car—which was such a relief. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The service was truly excellent, and if we’re ever in a pinch again, we’ll absolutely be calling these guys first. Great experience. Ella was great communication the progress of the truck and resolved an issue as they received a work order that did not clarify a time to pick up the car. The driver was careful and worked quickly to get my car in the shop. Would recommend.

The dispatcher had great communication throughout. The driver was very busy however they were the only towing company that could come out. The driver did an excellent job delivering my SUV despite having delays for other emergency services. Thank you.

RICK was honestly the man for the job!! Truly thankful he made ends meet or i would be swapping out a wheel bearing in a church parking lot lol! When it came down to communication ELLA and ANGIE were on it, always updating me and keeping me in the loop and truly upfront and honest about the timing! I really truly appreciate the help from all of you !! You guys deserve a raise!!!
