Dustin from 4-D impressed us from the beginning to end. He looked up the history of our well and everything related to our soil. Another company had recommended an Air Lift and Dustin was honest enough to tell us we didn’t really need it. He performed some treatments that saved us that money. He placed a new well pump and now our water system is working perfectly. He even stopped by today to make sure everything was ok. This is the BEST company and Dustin represents his company very well by providing us with a wealth of information and looking out for us to get the best service at a very reasonable cost. Our well pump and pressure tank failed. They came out right away with two guys and a truck crane. They updated me to the variable speed pump that I wanted with a digital psi selection and small (hung on wall pressure tank), which saved a ton of room in the basement where the large old tank was, we can now also run multiple hoses outside and shower without an issue. QUALITY WORK! Plumbing looks like an art piece. (See Photo). Nice guys, fair prices. They even painted the well pipe outside to look like new. Recommend to anyone in a jam or wants an upgrade.

Dustin replaced our well pump, well housing, pressure tank and gauges, and miscellaneous accompanying plumbing piping, and parts. We knew our well was old, as it was original to the house when we bought it 22 years ago. We wanted to be precautionary and replace the pump on our terms before it inevitably failed, and then need an emergency call. Dustin was able to give us an initial quote by submitting photos, and he answered all questions regarding the job. His pricing was very competitive, and we went with him based on all the high ranking reviews he had. We were so glad we did! On the day of the job, he set up his truck to pull the well and piping, and went to work. He was very thorough and professional through the whole process, and we were so happy with his work. Upon removal of the pump, he confirmed our pump was from 1979 (46 years old!) We were amazed it lasted that long, and he confirmed it wasn’t long for this world. After full completion of the job, he went over everything he did, and thoroughly explained it all to my wife and I. Dustin made sure to properly clean up the site, which we truly appreciated, and was very meticulous throughout the whole process. After the install, we were shocked how quiet the new pull was! Our old pump vibrated the basement a bit when it recharged, and we were always used to it. Now, the only thing we hear is the clicking of the relay box/pressure switch when it calls for pressure on cut in, and then again when it cuts out. You have to put your ear right next to the piping to actually hear the pump run. I never knew that’s how they were supposed to run like! All in all, we were so happy with Dustin and 4-D, and we can’t recommend him enough to anyone who needs to address well related issues. Thanks again Dustin!

My well pump quit working just two days before hosting Thanksgiving with multiple relatives coming in from out of state. I called Dustin that evening, and he was out first thing the next morning. I called multiple companies and 4-D Water was the only call back and came out the next morning. We had our tank in a crawl space which most companies don't want to deal with. Dustin was honest, kind and gave me my options. He cut out the old tank, put in a new tank, updated everything to code.
