Came for a simple grill change, the owner was working on my car for 4 hours taking phone calls and walking away from the car. (He said he’ll take 1 hour) After the bumper was finally off, the grill didn’t fit, which is not his fault. But what was his fault, was when he put the parts back and drove out the centre with my car, all my sensors weren’t working including my reverse camera. The owner denied any wrong doing and told me to come back the next day with a new grill, so he can fix the sensor problem and change the grill. When I found a new grill the same day and phoned the owner, he said that there’s nothing he can do for tommorow and that I’ll have to wait 5 days later. So unprofessional and disorganised. I’ve had work done from this garage the paint job I had on my bonnet is flaking off after a couple months and the alignment is terrible. I asked the owner to fix this issue and was ignored, I kept pushing for an answer and he responded with “The paint isn’t my issue and it’ll cost £100 to try fix the alignment but there’s no guarantee”. What a joke of a business. Charging to rectify a bonnet alignment that they made a mistake with. Avoid this garage, won’t recommend to others and poor quality and communication.

I have a 14 years old Nissan Micra and the paint started to come off all around my car. Factory paint issues... therefore I took my car to 3R Auto Center. The owner was very nice and explained everything I needed to know. Good customer service, fair price. They did the roof and boots of my car and I'm generally happy with the result.

If you ever need any body work done to your car please try 3R Auto Center I spoke with Ruan about a project I've been looking forward to completing for years and finally the time had come to bring my beloved BMW 318is back to life after being garaged for exactly 11 years ! Rear arches needed attention but luckily only surface rust also a couple of dings here and there I can't tell you how pleased I was with the outcome, I never would have thought my beloved coupe was ever going to look the way it does now. Thanks to Ruan and his team I can enjoy driving my classic car once again and peel back 23 years when I first brought her home Highly recommend 👌

Excellent service with exceptional customer service. Not only 3R Auto Center has been able to provide a good service for my van, I am now using the same garage for some body work on my car following an accident. You can also wait in the waiting room whilst the service is being done which is a bonus. Would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good garage with fair prices.

I was originally told the job would take 3 days, but it ended up taking 10 due to the wrong parts arriving — understandable, things happen. However, I called on a Friday to confirm I’d be collecting the car on Saturday and was told to come at 1pm. When I arrived, the bumper still wasn’t on the car. I waited almost 2 hours for it to be fitted, only to be told the alignment wasn’t done and I’d need to come back another day. To make matters worse, I later noticed that a piece of the bumper grille was still missing. I reached out to the shop to follow up, and was completely ignored — no response at all. While the owner seems like a decent guy, the experience was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the job still isn’t fully complete. I won’t be going back and can’t recommend this place to others. I’m aware of the many 5-star reviews and I can understand why others have had a good experience — but unfortunately, this was just my experience.
