I live in Dallas, Georgia, and recently hired this pressure washing service to clean my pool and patio. They did an amazing job — everything looked brand new when they were done! The team was friendly and took the time to explain the whole process. I also appreciated how careful they were around my plants and outdoor furniture. This was my first time using 3Kings cleaning but I would definitely use them again! Excellent communication, proprietor showed up on time (early even), did excellent work and no surprise pricing (what was quoted was what I was charged). Terry is a pleasant individual to deal with and his military precision and expertise shone through in the work that he did (he power washed my steps, walkway, driveway and house facade in Alpharetta). Highly recommended and will use him again when needed!

3kings went above and beyond, were extremely courteous, and gave a very fair price. Will use them every year for our new home in Marietta. We have very high up gutters which were well overdue for a cleaning, blackened awnings, and white siding that looked hauntingly green. They took care of it all and did an incredible job. We live in Sandy Springs and were in serious need of pressure washing the driveway, side walk and patio. It had never been washed. I found 3Kings in a google search and spoke to the person who answered who was very patient and clear in letting me know about the services. We ended adding window washing and gutter cleaning. Wow! Terry did a phenomenal job with our roof washing! It looks brand new! He was very thorough and professional, double checking and triple checking to make sure it was complete and satisfactory. He took precautions to protect our plants around the house, and he went above and beyond to clean other items he noticed while up on the ladder.
