32 Dental Urgent Care

If I could give them 10 stars I would. First of all I dont have dental insurance so I needed an affordable option for my dental care. 32 Dental Urgent care offers rates that are clear and listed on their website so there is no misunderstandings in what you will pay. I also appreciate their schedule options. I can schedule as late as 530 and dont have to wait months to get in . But more importantly the kindness and patience they show!! I have dental anxiety pretty bad. I was traumatized as a kid . So me going to dentists has been something I try to avoid. I needed a wisdom tooth that had surfaced and rotted pulled and a molar in front of it that was effected by the sideways wisdom tooth. I went in and they were quick to take me back and begin the numbing process. They used encouraging kind words the entire time. The numbing shots were the least painful ive ever experienced. Dr Kevin Thomas told me what he was doing before each step and shows a great deal of patience and kindness. During the procedure he made sure to mention to keep breathing and I was doing great. The assistant was the same way! I also appreciate that Kevin is not only clear about what you will need in the future for your dental health but he is not pushy. I have dealt with dentists who basically guilt trip you for not going to the dentist and then overwhelm you with all the work you need. Kevin tells you what the most important thing is you need to do and that you will go from there one visit at a time. I appreciate he doesnt want to overwhelm his patients. I was in and out quickly. I will continue my journey to improve my dental health here. If you are on the fence about going here dont be!! Make your appointment and go! I am terrified of dentists and 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Excellent care by the doctor and assistants. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Options for care were provided but no pressure. Great experience- as far has root canals go. ☺️ The pricing was up front- and the best part was- they addressed the problem same day. I was able to get in quickly and the day of my appointment there was virtually no wait. I will definitely go back for any future dental needs.

Great place to go for dental emergency. I thought I neede a root canal however the dentist identify that I had two crowns that were to high and rubbing together which cause an abbess in my gum. He grinder these down and the fixed the issue. I was very pleased with everyone care at the office. I have recommended them to family and friends if they every need emergency dental work.

If I could give more stars, I would. I had a lot of anxiety going in to my appointment, but every single staff member was kind, gentle and reassuring. I was told one thing by another dentist, but I’m glad I got a second opinion, because my experience was flawless and I got a similar treatment for a fraction of the time and cost. My gums haven’t felt this clean and healthy in over a decade. A procedure I was terrified of was over and done with in 20 minutes. Dr. Kevin and assistant Robin talked with me through every step of the process. If you have previous dental trauma or anxiety around dental procedures PLEASE go here. From the very first step into the office it went amazing! The young lady that helped at the front was my very first impression of this business and she was amazing. I was sold solely on her kindness and empathy. The dental assistant and doctor were equally amazing. Spoke to me like a human and not a number on a piece of chart paper. 10/10 WILL recommend

Hands down the best dentist in Columbia me and my wife both have had all of our teeth removed and are now waiting on our temporary plates to come in can't wait to see them I know they will be everything they have said they would be cause from the awesome receptionist to the amazing dental assistants to the absolutely great dentist that Dr Thomas is his facility has hands down been the best place I've ever been to in 40 years. I appreciate and thank all of them for all the hard work and effort that they have put in to mine and my wife perfect brand new smile. I will post pictures and another review when our pipe come in and then when our permanent plate come in I know I won't be let down thank you all again.

I travel a ton for work and tend to sometimes get behind on routine items like dental care. I was caught off guard last night at dinner when I bit down on a piece of meat and felt what I thought was a chip in my filling itself. Being right before a three day weekend I thought there was no way I could get into a dentist but I’m glad Google reminded me of this practice. Thanks to all the friendly staff that quickly got me in and treated me with so much respect and care when they realized it was actually just a massive piece of food itself that got stuck right between the filling itself and aggravated the area enough that I didn’t feel comfortable flossing it out - gosh I feel like an idiot (can you post these anonymously bahaha). The provider’s care and friendliness definitely made it so I’ll not hesitate to come back and make sure to establish more routine care next time I’m in town for longer than the time it takes to do laundry and evidently get a nice piece of steak stuck between your teeth.

honestly was so scared to try this out. they got me in that day. the office staff? wonderful. the dental staff? the best. if i lived closer they would be my primary dentist for sure. super affordable

Had a tooth extracted and it went really well. I have had several bad experiences with other dentists and so I was very nervous. Everyone there was super nice and took really good care of me. 10/10 will recommend.

I have previously had very bad experiences at dentists so I was very nervous going into my appointment. everyone there was so nice and comforting. I went in for an extraction and it was by far the best dental work i’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning here for any more dental work i need
