I’m pretty shocked at the service we received, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like it. This gentleman came to our house once, then never returned. Not only that, but he kept saying he was going to come but something kept coming up. The strangest part, when he was finally supposed to return, and didn’t, we called and texted to see where he was but he completely ignored us and we never heard from him again. How strange is that? Not a word of apology nor any notification, just purely ignored us.
