I recently needed some minor repairs done to my home along with some cosmetic upgrades. A family member suggested I call Luis, owner of 27 Ideas & Design, so I did and what a pleasant surprise! Luis & Jose came right out, I showed them what I wanted done, and shortly thereafter I received a very nicely written quote. Once I got on the schedule, Jose and company were on it! They were dependable and courteous and their work was superior. Additionally, Luis was very professional and in constant contact with me along the way. My experience with 27 Ideas & Design was truly worth the five-star rating!

We worked with Luis for the build of our brand new medical clinic “Vital Med”. Not only did Luis deliver everything we needed and more, he delivered the utmost best customer service I have ever seen. He did a full buildout for us and absolutely killed it. He gave us a timeline and he was weeks ahead of schedule. Luis made it a point to make sure we were taken care of. He has the absolute best attention to detail that I have ever seen. He does not settle for anything unless it is perfect. Our clinic is not only the nicest clinic in Birmingham, but has the best build structure as well. I have worked with multiple contractors/companies/builders/etc. and Luis does the best work I have seen. He does work for both of our locations. And it is always done perfectly. I’m pretty sure Luis had more sleepless nights then we did building this business and anyone who understands the stress of starting a business knows exactly what it entails and Luis made it a point to make it a smooth process for us. I respect Luis tremendously and he does the best work in Birmingham and across the state.

We had the unfortunate experience of water damage not once, but twice. The first incident involved a guest bedroom, the second one involved literally everything else. . 27 Ideas and Design was recommended to us by a friend. I reached out to Luis, the owner, and he, along with his foreman, came out immediately to inspect the damage, provided us a written quote, and got us on the schedule to start the repair as soon as our insurance company gave the go-ahead. The crew was amazing: they carefully covered furnishings and carpet, cleaned up everything at the end of the day, and did awesome work! Ceilings/floors were repaired, ceramic tile was laid in bathrooms, new toilets were installed, the whole house looks brand new! Jose is so easy to get in touch with, via text or call, and answered all of our questions. We intend to do more renovations and will absolutely work with Jose and his team!! Working with contractors isn’t always easy but not so with 27 Ideas, they are amazing and we can’t thank them enough for the fantastic jobs they have done for us!! Angela and Jeff Tennessen~~
