Please do not request any road service from this company. Today, one of my trucks brokedown, and they arrived at the location "to repair it." Shortly after, they called me to request payment of $524.30. The technician claimed he had been able to start the truck, and this was his diagnosis: Labor: Went to unit for no-start condition. Tech reprimed unit and started truck. Per company request. (This is what they charged me $450 for, and the technician assumed everything was fine because the truck only stayed running for 15 minutes) Then my driver called me and said the truck had shut off again and wouldn't start. I called the technician again, and all I got were excuses and ETA's of 60 or 90 minutes... Fortunately, another of my drivers was at the location because he was unloading, and he started checking the truck. He discovered that the problem was air in the fuel lines, and that's how we were able to repair the truck. The road service technician didn't even notice this issue, as all they care about is showing up, pretending to fix the problem, and then charging you!

Be careful with these people. Make sure you get all the information right before accepting a road service. Ask them how much they really charge for the type of job they will perform. I was 25 miles away and they told me it was $50 for the call and $165 an hour 2 hours minimum. What do you know the guy was 1:30 away. Very convenient. Be very careful with these people. They will for sure make the day with you.

Had a blown driver’s side steer tire out on I-75 near exit 22. I limped into a parking lot to be in a “safe location” for whoever was coming out. My company called these guys at 24/7. KB had other calls. But, when he finished, came on out as quickly as possible. KB was clean, kind, polite, and very professional! He had a new tire installed and I was up and running in MAYBE 20 minutes! If you’re in the south GA, N. FL area and need help…I highly recommend these guys.

My trailer air line was disconnected and the sleeper gaves me there number and I called themat 11,45 then I was waiting for 2 hours they didn't come after 30 minutes a mobile service come to me and repair .after 2 hours another service man come and told me he is going to repair. I told him someone already repair he was saying he needs to pay him the second payment ,I was confused maybe they are scamer.

7pm on a Friday night and we broke down with a flat, put on the dummy tire and looked up places nearby that were open. So thankful for this place, called them, they had the tire waiting for us and the entire process took less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend for fast and reasonably priced service!!

I called and spoke to KB tonight in regards to an air problem to the trailer and he was the best. He helped me fixe the problem on the spot with out coming to my truck. He told me the driver needs to look and make sure the air connections are red with red and blue with blue, and that was my problem. He saved me money and time. Thank you KB.

This company has truly come through for my company Jon Michael Enterprise. They were patient with me and took the time to explain what was happening to my truck. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.

Had a blown tire on my semi and they were able to get me back on the road within a reasonable time frame and price. Kyle was able to dismount old tire and replace it in Les than 15 min vs my last tire replacement at Love’s where two guys wrestled with the tire for more than 1 hr.
