Had a major tire blowout while leaving home, but thankfully I was able to get to a safe location without any issues. I contacted this company for assistance and was given a straightforward price (plus tax) which was more than reasonable, considering it was an emergency. Help arrived within 20 minutes, and the technician quickly got everything taken care of and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you for the fast, professional service and for helping get my family and me safely back on the road. We truly appreciate it! 🙏🏽🚗💨

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I had a tire blowout and called for roadside tire repair around 9 PM. I provided my vehicle type and tire size in advance. Joshua arrived about 1.5 hours later without a replacement tire—only a car jack. He removed my tire and told me he had to take it back to the shop to “fix” it. Before leaving, he required half of the total payment upfront: $150 out of a $300 total. He also told me that if I left a good review, he would give me a $25 discount. I paid the $150, and he left with my tire. For the next 2½ hours, I had to repeatedly text him for updates because he wasn’t providing any. He kept saying he was stuck in traffic. Around midnight, he finally returned, reinstalled the tire, and left after I paid the remaining balance. A few weeks later, the tire began repeatedly going flat. I later had it inspected at a tire shop, where I was told the tire was internally damaged and not repairable. The technician also noted that the tire had been mounted incorrectly, with the sidewall labeled “INSIDE” facing outward. I have photos, video, and written confirmation of this. I was also told that if this tire had failed while I was driving at highway speeds, I could have lost control of my vehicle and seriously injured myself and/or someone else. After everything happened, I went back and reviewed the company’s website. That’s when I noticed the listed pricing for their services. A Used Tire Installation (Mobile) is advertised for $150, while a New Tire Installation (Mobile) is listed for $275. I was originally quoted $300 and was told I would receive a $25 discount if I left a positive review, bringing my total to $275. However, Joshua never arrived with a new tire. Instead, he removed my tire, left with it, and returned hours later with a tire that appeared used. Based on the pricing listed on their own website, this raised even more concerns about the service I received and what I was actually charged for. One thing that stood out to me was the difference in how my calls were handled. After I reported what happened and was told a dispatcher would contact me, I waited from approximately 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and never received a call or text. However, when I later called as if I were a new customer needing roadside assistance, my call was answered and I was told they have to get a quote from the dispatcher. I was given a quote almost immediately after. It was disappointing to see such a difference in responsiveness when I was trying to resolve an issue with the service I had already paid for. * Photo 1: How Joshua returned the tire installed on my vehicle. * Photo 2: During the inspection, the technician pointed out that the sidewall marked “INSIDE” was facing outward, indicating the tire had been mounted in the wrong orientation. * Photo 3: The internal sidewall damage that made the tire unsafe and not repairable. * Photo 4: A screenshot of the company’s pricing, showing: Used Tire Installation (Mobile) – $150 New Tire Installation (Mobile) – $275

This guy sold me a used truck tire for $830. I drove 80 miles. The tire blew out while driving and exploded. I called him to tell him the situation and he blocked my number and never answered. I called another service center and bought new tires for $820. His name is Joshua. Be careful.

This place was the worst. I needed a flat repair. They estimated 20 minutes. Over an hour later the service person arrived. He took the tire to repair. Said it would be less than an hour. Nearly 2 1/2 hours later, we caught him putting a tire on without letting us know he arrived. It was a replacement, not repair. There was no communication about this and I was in a situation at 3 am in which I needed a tire. They could not produce an invoice. They could not state a consistent total. The next day, I was able to pay after they finally produced the most rudimentary of invoices. I payed by Zelle. I knew they were liars, but paid anyway. It cost over $200. On the trip back home- over 200 miles- I had a terrible speed shimmy. Thectire was over inflated, so I bled out air to the correct level of 35 psi. I brought the truck to a reputable tire shop and found out the tire was visibly bad. Broken belt, visible separation at rim, and a bulge in the tire. We literally could have died. How we did not have a blowout is a miracle. Do not use this service. They are disorganized, dangerous liars.

We had a blow out on our boat trailer tire coming from the coast and landed in Pleasanton at a gas station. Found these guys on google and even though we were told they would be there to fix tire in 30 minutes, we did have to wait for about an hour. Start to finish, from making the phone call to them completing the job was about an hour and a half. We weren’t in much of a hurry so that wasn’t an issue. They were very efficient and fast at putting the tire on. Definitely knowledgeable in that section. Price was pretty fair for mobile services as well as a used tire. We have his (CJ) number saved should an issue like this arise again in or near that area.

Consumer BEWARE this business is shady. I realized it when they were in a hurry to get paid. They guy was rude because we were having issue at the time of psyinh them. Charged us an arm and leg for mileage. Then tries to give us a used tire for the price of the new, until I questioned it. They came out and did the service put the new tire on and not even 30 miles of driving on it we had a blow out. The next day my husband called them to ask about the warranty on the tired; Scott said it was 3-months (we have the texts as proof) Then told him to go pick up the replacement tire and gave him an address of an building where there was absolutely no one there, then I call and the guy says that’s where they keep their tires then tells me he was going to text me the number of the guy I needed to speak to (Scott/Josh) then the number he texted me was the same number I called. Confusing, but a good run around! Had my son TRY to pick up the new tire and he was given the run around AGAIN! He calls them and now it goes straight to VM. Don’t trust these people. They are crooks and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or your money!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Joshua! They came all the way from San Antonio to assist me. The tire change was quick and efficient, and they had me back on the road in no time. The price was reasonable, and their hospitality made the whole process even better. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of tire assistance!

I had to rely on roadside assistance from this company, and while their response time was impressive — arriving within 30 to 40 minutes — the experience quickly went downhill. The technician was professional and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly help arrived. When I initially contacted them, I specifically requested two new tires. However, the issue lies in the quality and safety of the tires they sold me. The technician removed my tires and had to return to the shop to install the "new" tires. An hour and a half later, iwas provided with two replacement tires dated from 2018, which were already showing visible cracks around the bead on both sides. Tires of this age and condition are unsafe and should never be installed, especially under the guise of being roadworthy. Mind you these tires were going on my fifth wheel RV. This is more than just poor service — it’s a serious safety hazard. Selling and installing outdated, deteriorating tires could easily lead to a blowout or worse, putting drivers and others at significant risk and a great liability. I have documented everything and am considering pursuing legal action regarding this matter. It’s extremely disappointing that a company that clearly has the logistics and manpower to deliver quick service would cut corners in such a dangerous and irresponsible way. I caution others to inspect any products or repairs thoroughly before accepting service, and I urge the company to reevaluate their supply chain and quality standards immediately.
