Raul, Melisa, and Sebastian are excellent instructors! I am a first-time driver, and after completing 14 hours of driving lessons with them, I successfully passed my driving exam.They were patient, professional, and explained everything clearly step by step. They helped me build confidence behind the wheel, practice properly, and improve my skills quickly.Because of their guidance and support, I felt fully prepared on test day and passed!I truly recommend them to anyone who is learning to drive. Jewel was an excellent help in getting my schedule together and contacting me after every lesson confirming that the next one I would be available. Even ensuring my address was the correct one for every call. She’s friendly, open, honest and well, nice. The driver instructors are also very calm, polite and helpful. They guide you through everything and follow up with what you need to work on. It’s been three lessons so far and they’re good at what they do. Highly recommended!

I loved taking my driving lessons and test with 24 Hour Traffic School! Raul and Melissa both gave me an amazing experience in every way. Raul was an amazing with giving me tips and tricks with all of the driving skills, and was super engaging and fun to talk to all the time. Melissa was wonderful, she was super nice and made me feel comfortable and excited for everything. Overall I 100% recommend this place for anything related with drivers lessons and exams!

My driving instructor was David. He did such an amazing job teaching me. I felt very comfortable and confident when driving with him. Jewel was super kind. Whenever I asked her a question she answered it clearly with great knowledge. I was treated very good and taught very well. Overall, this place is truly amazing!

Great receptionist!! Jewels is great, she is always empathetic and accommodating for my very tight schedules. Melissa is also very accommodating and patient. I would say take Raul as your driving teacher only, he is that amazing and good. Patient and understanding traffic school. I took my ten hours and road exam, no complaints and very satisfied. As a non traditional student, over the age of 21, this place was accommodating with my work schedule to the driving school schedule and helpful in what I needed to improve on. I also liked how every day I would get a day before my driving exam to confirm and confirm again via text message and or email.

As a first-time adult driver, I wasn’t sure what to expect from one-on-one lessons, but I’m so glad I chose this school! First, Jewel is amazing. She worked around my full-time job schedule, stayed in regular contact to confirm or reschedule lessons, and always had a bright, encouraging attitude that made the whole process much less intimidating. My main instructors were David and Raul, and they were incredibly patient. They corrected mistakes in the moment, gave me helpful feedback to practice between lessons, and spoke with me to keep me calm on the road. I can't begin to express the nerves I felt before every lesson, but my confidence and driving skills have greatly improved due to their guidance and encouragement. The process is very convenient, from being picked up at home, to flexible scheduling, to taking the official exam right at the school. I paid about $850 (tax included) for six 2-hour lessons, with a 50% deposit when booking, and the rest due at the second-to-last lesson. I can't speak to the reasonableness of their pricing compared to similar packages at other schools, but personally, it was worth it. And it's good information to know while you're searching for the best options! I had my last lesson and official exam today, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and supportive. I passed! I’m so grateful to Jewel, David, and Raul for all their help. For anyone considering lessons here: bring your permit to every lesson and the exam, regularly monitor schedule updates, and most importantly, trust your instructors, they’ve got you!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jewel as the person who handled my appointment and scheduling for my driving skills test, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her customer service. From the very beginning, when I first booked my appointment with her, she was nothing but kind, helpful, and professional. She walked me through the process step by step and made sure I understood everything clearly. When my test had to be rescheduled, Jewel was incredible about keeping me informed. Her communication was consistent, clear, and always timely. I never once felt lost or unsure because she made it a priority to update me right away on any changes. That kind of reliability gave me a lot of peace of mind, and I really appreciated how she always made sure the service was fit to my liking. By the time I got to my driving skills test, I felt prepared and supported. The test itself with the instructor went smoothly, but honestly, I don’t think I would have had the confidence to do as well as I did if it weren’t for Jewel’s outstanding customer service along the way. Her patience, professionalism, and commitment to helping me succeed truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful for her support and assistance and she’s a shining example of what great customer service should look like!

I have used 24 Hour Traffic for 3 of my children, from drivers exam, to refresh and now my daughter is taking driving lessons. Jewel is amazing, her customer service is excellent. She helped me schedule my daughters lessons to accommodate them around her school time. She is very friendly and extremely understanding. Thank you guys! Did the advance drving pacakage complete runthru. I must say it's money well spent and I am glad I came here. Did my 1 hour driving course with David and he was very polite and pleasant with me and my driving exam with Raul who gave clear instructions and very thorough. They both made me feel comfortable. I recommend everyone to come here.
