24 Hour Lock and Key

I had an excellent experience with Omar and highly recommend his services. He responded promptly on a Sunday evening after my newly installed smart lock (from Amazon) malfunctioned when the internal batteries became dislodged, causing the electronic mechanism to lock. After a brief phone call, Omar arrived at my home within 35–40 minutes, which was greatly appreciated given that other locksmiths I contacted were unavailable over the weekend. He was professional, patient, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also took the extra step of ensuring the lock was properly secured and functioning correctly to help prevent future malfunctions. Omar’s responsiveness, expertise, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

I had just got over being in bed for a week with the flu and couldn’t for the life of me find my car keys. After 6hrs of tearing apart my house I gave up and called these guys! The operator was very prompt and was able to schedule me a tech within minutes. AJ, my technician was very communicative through out the process from the time he would get to me down to what the steps he was doing and how long it was going to take. AJ was very friendly and patient would definitely use them again!!

i had a wonderful experience going through 24 hour lock and key, they were very communicative and understanding, my service guy avi was super friendly, understanding, and very very timely from showing up to finishing the service, he was able to give me a clear quote before we even scheduled a service appointment and got to work immediately and it was executed perfectly, i got locked out of my car and lost the keys for almost a week and he was able to provide a spare coded key and a second plain cut one incase i lost that one in less than an hour! he was also a very nice person to be around and in a bad situation lifted the mood and always had a very positive uplifting attitude, i would and will 110% recommend to ANYONE in need to call these guys they are truly a blessing and they will get it done!!

Great service, very quick. Price was high but worth it for the speedy and friendly service in a pinch. Avi Even gave me a free spare key so this won’t happen again on my trip!

Omar was so amazing helping us tonight. No complaints, professional, understanding, patient. Definitely would recommend as a person who just moved out of home and across the country, they are reliable and communicative.

They said my smart kwikset was not pickable and only offered to drill my lock. They also slightly damaged my door trying to use an airbag. Based on online videos from the Lock Picking Lawyer this lock is very much so pickable but apparently $130 is not worth 5 mins of their time to pick it. And I'm definitely not got pay that much for them to destroy my lock and then charge me more to replace it. Guess I'll be getting a lock pick set and trying my hand at it. Aside from them not being able to help me the technician was polite.

AJ was super kind and personable! Lovely conversation while he got my keys made. Very efficient and let me know about the discount for getting a second key, so now if one key goes missing again, we wont have to go through the whole process of calling a locksmith! If I ever need another locksmith again though, I'll definitely be calling and asking for AJ if he's available!

AJ came to my house after hours to create, encode, and cut high security keys for two new car key fobs. He was quick, efficient, and very personable. He had parts in stock and brought all the equipment for the job. Pricing was well below a car dealership. I’ll be recommending AJ to family and friends.
