This vet was so very caring and gentle with us and our pup. Dr. Mesa made herself available on a holiday weekend and came within an hour. Dr. Mesa was incredible with my elderly dog. I made an appointment after deciding to euthanize at home instead of the vet and doggy passed comfortably and peacefully on his bed. He was quite reactive to touch because of arthritis pain and the Doctor knew all the right ways to keep him calm and comfortable. Making the call to make arrangements to have our Ava put to rest, was one of the hardest thing to do. The voice on the other end was so soothing, caring and helpful. Making the arrangements prior to the Doctor coming made it easier. No time was used to fill out paperwork or questions. The doctor came within two hours, her voice, body language and facial expressions told me she felt our pain. They handled Ava with such respect, love and kindness. She assured me it was the right thing to do and that it was time.. The process was quick, no pain, just peaceful. I arranged euthanasia for my 12 year goldendoodle late Memorial Day. She’s never known another home and it seemed she would be most comfortable here with me and the other dogs. I was beside myself with anticipated grief. Within one hour I received a call from Dr Mesa to let me know she was on the way. She was gentle with me but asked for a health history and wanted to know what I was seeing in Angelica that had brought me to this decision. After hearing what behavior and/or symptoms I was seeing Dr Mesa proposed that we put the procedure on hold. She gave me explicit instructions on what I could do and what to look for and most importantly she assured me that she would be available at any time, day or night. My doodle improved slowly but measurably. And for the next few days Dr Mesa called and texted to check up on Angelica. After a week my doggie was almost normal. I continue to follow Dr Mesa’s advice in caring for her. I’m so grateful for the compassion and thoroughness expressed by Dr Mesa…she took the time to inquire and understand. So professional, so kind. Angelica won’t live forever and I know that but, she’s here today thanks to Dr Mesa.

We called 24 hr euthanasia in a panic the person who answered the phone was kind and got us the help we needed immediately our sweet dog took a turn for the worst. Once we made arrangements which were quick and efficient. They gave us a message and stated Dr. Mesa would be there in 45 minutes and she was . Dr.Mesa came to our home at 1:00 am our dog was at the end of his life in extreme distress Dr. Mesa was professional, calm, kind and compassionate. She gave him a sedative and let us have time to say our last goodbye, to our beloved dog who was then gently put down. Dr Mesa and her assistant put our dog on a stretcher gently covering him with respect and dignity leaving his only home he ever knew since he was a puppy TY for helping us get thru this traumatic situation I recommend this company 100%

I highly recommend their services. From the intake staff on the phone to the veterinarian, and through the pickup process, I received excellent care. The veterinarian was genuinely compassionate and allowed us to spend those final moments saying goodbye to our pet. My boy was finally home and at rest.
