Fixed our problem within a day, was understanding and worked with us despite our tight budget. We greatly appreciated the effort and work.

It started off promising. David answered my call first thing on a Sunday morning when we urgently needed a new water well tank because ours was leaking. He assured me he could get one by Monday. On Monday at 10 AM, I called to confirm, and he said he was still planning to pick up the tank and install it. However, by 3 PM, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called again. This time, he said he’d check on the pickup status and call me back shortly. After waiting over an hour with no response, I called again, but he avoided my call. Using a different number, I finally reached him, and he claimed he was working on another job across town but would meet someone to pick up the tank and come afterward. With family in town for the holidays and no water in the house, the situation became desperate. Finally, after 5 PM, a girl called asking for my address, which I had already provided on Sunday, and said she’d arrive in 30 minutes. To my surprise, instead of David, a very young and inexperienced girl showed up alone. She brought a tank with the wrong hole size, which caused significant complications. Our original pipe was 1 1/4 inches, but the tank she brought was 1 1/2 inches. She struggled to adapt the pipe with limited materials, making the job much more difficult . We had already removed the old tank and prepared the pipe, but the mismatch created unnecessary delays. We stayed with her to assist, and although she did her best given her capabilities, the job still took over five hours. It was clear this wasn’t a one-person job, and the company should never have sent her alone without any backup. She worked hard and was very polite, but the situation was overwhelming for someone with her level of experience. It felt unfair to her and to us as customers to leave such a critical job to one person without proper support. The final cost was disappointing, especially considering how much help we had to provide. Despite requesting a senior citizen discount, which was supposed to be 10%, we were only given $50 off. For the amount of time and effort we contributed, the job should have been handled more efficiently and at a lower cost. Overall, we’re very frustrated with the company’s lack of communication, poor planning, and decision to send an inexperienced person alone for what was clearly a multi-person job. While we appreciate the young lady’s efforts, this situation reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and customer care. Better planning and proper staffing are absolutely necessary for future jobs.

They came and said that the well pump was bad. Came back 21 days later to supposed to fix it with no tools or anything left everything apart. I had to contract another company to fix what they broke, the pump was never bad, the well cables where not bad the switch box was not bad . I replaced everything to new when all my parts where never bad they gave me a bad diagnosis Also the technician did not have a cell phone, the technical was smoking in the back yard and looking through the car windows very disrespectful and unprofessional will never recommend I have the security videos of this whole issue

David was a life saver! When no one would pick up the phone and I had no water, David drove over an hour to save the day! He replaced my pump and charged me a fair price. I am so grateful for him and his service.

We lost water pressure last night and I called David Vanya for help. David was booked at the time but said he would stop by first thing the next morning. David kept his word and was here early this morning. David did an assessment and determined that the pump was on but some components needed to be replaced. In less than 2 hours, the system was up and running. David did a great job, was here when he said he would, is a really nice guy, and billed us fairly. I highly recommend Vanya Water Well Service!!!

I called 24/7 Well Service during this past freeze in January because there was no water coming from our well. David came out to assess the situation that same day even though it was dark, cold and raining! By the next afternoon, despite the cold and constant heavy rain, he installed a new submersible pump and had our problem solved! I will without a doubt, be using them again as needed because of his fast, effective services at an incredibly reasonable rate and will definitely recommend them without hesitation!’🤗

These guys are awesome. Called them late evening, they came out confirmed the issue that night, had a team here to replace my well pump the next day. Found some electrical issues while doing the work and helped solve those instead of telling me to call an electrician. Very knowledgeable and friendly people will use them again if another issue arises.
