Very professional and fully equipped. Alex was able to winch me out of the mud quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. I had called multiple towing companies and none were willing to come out for a winch-out, so I’m really glad I found 24/7 Towing. Excellent service and truly appreciated the help! I could not have asked for better service from Marissa and Alex. I broke down in my 26 ft. Class. A motorhome on the I-5. They got me on the trailer with no room to spare. They towed me to Fernando's shop where they allowed me and my 2 dogs to spend three nights, while they diligently worked on many problems. We were there for a full week to no avail. They absolutely did everything they could for me and then referred me to another mechanic in town that could go deeper into the problem. All in all it was as if we were all family by the end of the week. I highly recommend this tow service and shop. Thank you guy's! We will definitely stop to see you on our next pass-through.

My experience with them was absolutely amazing! We got stranded in the middle of the night on the freeway with a flat tire, and within just 30 minutes, they were there to help me out. Keep in mind, they live in Shafter, and I’m in Bakersfield they got to me so quickly! Not only did they arrive fast, but they went above and beyond. They gave us a ride home, took my car to the tire shop, and handled everything for me. I feel so blessed to have reached out to them in my time of need. If you ever find yourself stranded and need assistance, I highly recommend calling them. They’ll get to you quickly and provide exceptional service. You won’t regret it! I promise!!!

No joke, breaking down SUCKS and anything that makes it less painful is a gift. Do yourself a favor and call these guys. Alejandro was super friendly and kind and fast. He responded quickly by phone and text and I'm so grateful. They were just as expensive as AAA so I went with them and I'm so glad I did.

Got stranded on the 5 & Taft hwy my transmission went out, they took it to the dealership and they still gave me a ride to my house. Salvador from 24/7 towing came to save the day. 100% recommend them.

Young man and woman came in less than 30 minutes. My tire flew off my truck and messed it up really bad. I was 150 miles from LA and had it towed all the way. Very nice, clean, reasonable prices, and just an overall pleasure during such a lame situation. If you're in a lame situation off the 5, call these guys!

I have been meaning to write this since Christmas Eve, 2023. My apologies for not doing it sooner. My family (with 2 small children) were traveling from Sacramento to San Diego on Christmas Eve. It was right after 6:00 PM and dark out. We hit a pothole and blew out our tire. We called numerous companies with no luck - no answer - only voice mails. Then we called 24/7 Towing and a man answered. He was home with his family but agreed to call in some of the other employees and help out a family for Christmas. From the moment we called, we had the car towed and fixed within an hour. Our family will be forever grateful for all the workers who were empathetic and made sure we had a nice Christmas Day. Please call them if you need service. They are excellent!

Alex did a great job with me. I was hauling a horse trailer. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere overnight. This dude found me a mechanic for my truck. Took my trailer to his shop and my truck and I to the mechanic. He was so polite and very professional. Definitely will use them again if I get back out that way. Thank you guys so much.
