Fantastic service from start to finish. Came out at very short notice and identified the issue - a leaking condensate pipe on the boiler. Had it fixed quickly and efficiently. He explained the issue clearly, worked neatly, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. Professional, reliable, and reasonably priced — I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend to others.

A big massive thankyou to Charlotte who was so helpful and understanding of my elderly father’s predicament where the landlord failed to get a plumber to finish a job or get the heating all sorted for over a week, sat in the cold , immobile and ill health, the TWO guys who were there within 2 hours and worked hard to get the system reset and working properly at last and boiler sorted and the already hung radiator connected, as far as im concerned money well spent to make my father warm and comfortable and safe. Shame the landlord doesnt see it that way..Thankyou all of you at 24/7 genuine company with compassion

I had a great response, plumbers and then plasterers coordinated and arranged quickly, great service. The office staff especially were really helpful and effective at getting paperwork to me which I needed to claim on my home insurance, and always very friendly whenever I rang up stressed!

The work was clean, professional, and fairly priced. It’s rare to find a company this well and respectful . I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Absolutely shocking experience. The plumber arrived nearly 3 hours late and didn’t even apologise. Spent about 20 minutes looking at the leak under the sink and then handed me a bill for £190. The leak started again the same evening. When I called them back they said they’d have to charge another call-out fee. Honestly unbelievable. A complete rip off. Wish I read the reviews first. Avoid this company.

This company could not have helped out any more, “above and beyond” does not do their professionalism and attitude towards their customers justice. The job in question was a little more complicated than first anticipated, but that was not reflected in any price change from the original quote. From the polite young Jay being respectful towards myself and my property to the management I could not thank these people enough. I will definitely be keeping their number for any future jobs and would highly recommend them.

Rhys and Jay arrived within 20 minutes to fix a blocked loo. Fixed very quickly at a fair price, nice lads and cleaned up after themselves too. Highly recommend.

This company responded within seconds of my submitting my request on Checkatrade. And true to their word, a plumber arrived the following morning at the stated time. The leaking mains pipe under the kitchen sink was repaired by Ian promptly and efficiently. I was pleased with the service.
