Had a busted pipe somewhere around my house. Didn’t know where at first but water was gushing out from the front and back of my house and finally in my tenants unit in the steam vent. I had already called Javier 25 minutes before I learned about the steam vent and had a great conversation with him. He said he could come out in 30 minutes and he did. I was pretty impressed with that. He also said no matter what he will get the job fixed tonight. I definitely Was skeptical. However, the issue was in the steam vent which he identified. Save me a lot of cost, cause I thought I would have to break some ceilings to find a leak. He found it worked on it, went and got parts for it and fixed it all within 3 1/2 hours. He also explained some stuff along the way and we had a great conversation. He’s definitely what I look for when I am spending money on a needed service. I love that his business is 24 hours and that prices are reasonable. I look forward to using him again. Thank you, Javier. Update! Yesterday I had another pipe bust in the steam vent in my unit. I called Javier right away. He was in another borough, but answered and said he would get to me as soon as possible. He did finish up and get to me within three hours.
