Joe was an amazing help! He came quickly and was able to unlock my door in seconds. He was sympathetic while speaking to me and kept reassuring me it would be fine from the moment he arrived. I appreciated that a lot given it was 11pm when I locked myself out. He was informative as well and explained how my auto locking door worked and showed me how to disable the auto lock if I wanted to do so.

They came within 20 minutes for a lockout at 7:30pm, but were very expensive. Did not want to quote a price over the phone, but charged $378 to pick one lock that took less than 5 minutes. I was told that the price was because it was after 6pm.

By far the best quality and most reliable locksmith service that I have had in the entore 20 years that I have lived in Los Angeles. I was locked out of my condo at 1:45am after a film shoot and got an immediate call back. The locksmith was at my place in under 30 minutes and very reasonable priced.
