We were supporting our son, who recently returned from Canada, in setting up his newly bought 2-bedroom unit at Daintree Residence, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey. From our very first meeting, Kelvin was thorough and incredibly professional. This wasn’t just a renovation; it was a guided experience. Kelvin offered impressive ideas and suggestions that perfectly bridged our practical needs with a modern aesthetic suitable for our son. His friendly and approachable demeanor made communication easy and enjoyable throughout the entire process. What truly set Kelvin apart was his execution. He diligently translated the initial concepts into an actual outcome that is nothing short of beautiful. I had such a great experience working with Jeff and the team from 21 Interior Studio. Honestly, the whole process went way better than I expected. I don’t really know much about renovations, but Jeff was super patient and guided me and my wife through everything from choosing the right fittings, lights, and tiles, to explaining what works best for our needs. He always took the time to share the pros and cons so we could make informed decisions. Communication was excellent too. Jeff kept us updated regularly on the progress, which we really appreciated since both of us are busy with work and couldn’t check on the house often. The renovation itself was done efficiently and even finished three weeks ahead of schedule! We’re really happy with how everything turned out and can’t thank Jeff and 21 Interior Studio enough for their hard work and professionalism. In addition to her own excellent performance, the contractors she collaborates with are also very professional. Both the carpenter and the electrician exhibited superb craftsmanship, and the construction quality was evident to all. After reviewing multiple IDs, we have decided to go with Cheryl from 21 Interior Studio mainly due to these reasons: 1) Price point - Given the years of experience that Cheryl has, the quotation provided are reasonably priced in comparison to many other IDs around. The project stayed within budget, which I truly appreciated. 2) Logical Designs - The design solutions presented by Cheryl were not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and functional. Cheryl created spaces that perfectly balanced style and usability, making them ideal for my lifestyle. In comparison to some of the other IDs that we have spoken (not from 21 Interior Studio) suggested impractical designs such as laying water pipes underground which may cause issues further down the renovation. 3) Listening to our needs - Cheryl took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences. She really understood what I wanted and offered personalized suggestions that aligned with my vision. This collaborative approach made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. While this may seem basic, in comparison to other IDs (not from 21 interior studio), they have suggested other additional features which we were not keen at all but they kept harping over such designs. Throughout this whole renovation journey, Cheryl have been guiding and recommending us color choices and designs for our first home. She also provided a detailed timeline on the renovation works and suggested a few timelines on when certain furniture or fixtures can be delivered which made the whole renovation smooth. One of the most impressive aspects was the transparency in pricing. Cheryl helped to keep the renovation within our budget which we truly appreciate. When renovation works have begun, Cheryl proactively went down to the site and sends updates and pictures of the works as well. She actively coordinates with the contractors which made this journey smooth. Even when encountering certain defects or workmanship that may not be up to our standards, Cheryl proactively engage the contractors to come down and rectify the issue immediately. Even when met with certain hiccups along the way, Cheryl thought of ways to help resolves issues and ultimately meeting our requirements as well. She has been extremely patient with us and made this a seamless and smooth renovation experience. We are very happy on the final product of our house. We shortlisted eight different interior designers and met with three of them, but ultimately chose Niklas to design our home. What stood out was the genuine effort and sincerity he showed in understanding and meeting our needs. Our first meeting took around 1.5h 😄 We shared our mood board and floor plan early on, which helped him get a clear sense of our vision. Our layout posed some challenges due to its many corners and turns, but Niklas and his wife went the extra mile and presented us with three practical layout options overnight. As with any renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Niklas was always responsive and proactive in helping us resolve them. My husband and I believe in working collaboratively, so we helped him wherever we could—and we believe this mutual effort played a big part in the smooth execution of the project. We were on a tight deadline to move in before our wedding and had to rush the timeline. Niklas was accommodating and made it happen. He ensured that pending installations were completed before our return from our trip. Overall, we're really happy with how everything turned out. We are really pleased with our ID - Jon! He is responsive, supportive and would kindly offer his help when we need as we are both busy with work. Throughout this period, he is so patient with our request and explaining to us the renovation terminology or differences - ensuring that it is fitted to our needs & wants. He would speak up and provide suggestions when the choices we make “needs improvement”, ensuring that the house looks aesthetically nice. He also had to act as a mediator, providing his thoughts when we have conflicting POV (what a tough role!) 😂 Also! We had a crazy idea of carving out a small study room in our 4-room BTO and Jon listened and delivered! It was an area I worried the most - but it turned out to be my favourite part & the highlight of our house to our guest! Even today, when we have moved in for a month - he is still ever so responsive. Thank you Jon, once again for seeing through this project & building our very first home.

We decided to go with 21 Interiors after comparing a few IDs, as they were one of the few who could offer an affordable price for the type of design we wanted, while still giving us a professional and reliable impression. We initially engaged Sammy as our designer, and she later roped in Ace, who became the main person managing our renovation. Like any renovation, there were some hiccups along the way, but Ace was always very responsive and tried her best to resolve any issues. She was also patient in following up with us and the contractors. Our friends and family have complimented us that the workmanship for the tiling and carpentry is pretty good. We’ve now been living in the house for about a year and a half, and what we really appreciate is the after-sales service. Whenever we faced any issues, Ace is always there to help, and many of these follow-ups and fixes were done as complimentary services, which we are truly thankful for. Overall, we’re thankful for Ace and her team’s effort and commitment from the renovation stage all the way to the service provided even till today, 1.5 years after we moved in. We would definitely recommend them to anyone renovating their new home.
