Great shop, I just got a new truck and they made sure it was good to buy before I spent alot of money. They are honest and give you recommendations on a way too keep maintaining your truck and not spend too much. Instead of give me a qoute for thousands, they seperated it based on whats more important at the time. They are here to keep you as a long term customer and not a cash cow like some places around the country.

Broke down unexpectedly and these guys came through fast. Clear communication, fair pricing, and they got me back on the road without wasting time. You can tell they know trucks and trailers and take pride in the work. Highly recommend if you need roadside help or shop repair in the Fredericksburg area.

Amazing service These auto mechanic are mechanic gods! I had a minor tire inflation issue that was a easy fix However they spotted a busted wheel cover that the part was no longer available due to trailer being so old So they find a almost identical part that looked almost identical and basically MacGyvered the hell out of it so good it performs better than the original My boss and even my company mechanic was impressed on the the mechanic here being so creative and gave me the 2 lines no longer needed! Will definitely be a returning customer and kudos to the mechanic Wow

This shop saved me so much time. I was broke down and I called the shop at 2:00 am and Paul sent a tow truck. I was shocked someone answered let alone do all the work to get me their without having to make 100 phone calls. They came in and started working on my truck right away. I had a electrical issue and was expecting to pay alot. They did a quick diagnostic and figured out it was a small issue. Only charged me 2 hours and I was on the road. Amazing service, great and educated mechanics!! I will recommend this shop to everyone and I found my new permanent shop.

I recently ran into some serious engine trouble far from home, and I was incredibly grateful for the roadside assistance company I called. They dispatched a technician named Abraham, who quickly assessed the situation and got to work. Abraham diagnosed a faulty alternator and, despite the complexity, efficiently replaced it right there on the roadside. Thanks to Abraham's expertise and quick service, I was able to continue my journey without a major delay. I highly recommend this company, especially if you're lucky enough to get Abraham as your technician!

Great experience at 2020 Truck & Trailer. The front desk staff is awesome, especially preet — she keeps me updated, explains everything clearly, and is always great to talk to. Paul, the shop manager, does a great job pushing work through and getting things done fast. Solid service and a team you can trust.

Amazing Shop and Very Professional Mechanic I have some major repairs needed on my Trailer TA have mess things up so I got here early in morning with loaded trailer they took me right in and help me out and I was out in 2 hours. Recommend this place to fellow truck drivers definitely will visit again. Good job guys

I had a great and professional experience with this shop. I was on I95 coming back from dropping off a load from PA and my truck’s tire blew out a couple weeks ago and I called their number and I wa assisted by Miss Andy who sent a mechanic right away and replaced the tire. The mechanic Welder i believe was his name was very nice and got me back on the road to be home on time. As a truck driver whose off time is limited was definitely very appreciated. I tried to call other shops but no one answered but I am glad they answered right away and good price as well. I recommend them to all my truck bros and company. I will use them for the future if my truck breaks down again. Thank you guys !!!!!
