Very polite on the phone and in person. Very professional. They were running 15 minutes late from the appointment time to pick up the vehicle and I received a courtesy call to let me know he was running a few minutes late. Once the truck arrived the driver was able to hook up without damaging our lawn. I highly recommend 20 West Towing Another company tried to scam me by quoting a price on the phone and then offering only half once they arrived. 20 West paid a fair price which was almost double what the scam company originally offered.
