From the first phone call, I knew this was going to be a great experience! I was referred to them through a warranty company. Kelly came out on a Saturday and tried to repair my water heater oh, but he wasn't able to get it fixed. He came back out today but had to go get a part I was able to get it taken care of! We're going to have him come back out to service our air conditioner and the furnace in the fall. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone needing any work done

Knowledgeable, Fast, friendly service! I contacted them when my parents heat went out at their house. They came over and analyzed the situation. Gave Us the report and the solutions to correct the problem.unfortunately the heater was at the end of it's life. Lisa and Kelly ( owners) provided us with a fair price and timeline for the installation of a Carrier High Efficiency HVAC and even loaned them heaters until installation! The new unit has cut the bills way down! Thank you 2Morrows Heating and cooling!

At first they seemed like they where going to be great. They came out on time diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I approved the estimate and we where waiting on them to go and get the part. But they never came back they wont return my calls or my text. If they didn't wont to do the job they could have just told me. Instead of having me wait for a week and then I had to get another contractor to come out and start all over with them. which I cant say enough for Ray's Heating & Air thank you for fixing this screw up.

Genuinely good and honest people! So friendly and very attentive to my needs. They were the only ones there for me and my family when my need was urgent! They operate with integrity and they are very passionate about the quality of the work they offer. Would never go anywhere else!

Our air conditioner quit so I was looking online for someone and found 2 Morrows Heating and Cooling. So glad I did. We decided to have the furnace replaced also, they installed both in just one day. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They are very nice people to work with. If I ever need anything I definitely will be using them again.

Excellent service and tenacious about solving a challenging heating system, after a couple of visits (at no extra charge), they solved the mystery! They also went beyond what would be expected by following up to make sure everything was working well prior to some very cold days ahead. They even followed up a couple of weeks later!! Lovely people to work with; I would highly recommend them to anyone including family and friends. I will also be calling on them in the future to service my air-conditioning as the season approaches.

My husband spoke to this company and hired them to move our water heater and HVAC system as we are getting our basement renovated and we cannot start the renovation until they are both moved. The company told us that they would be to our house between 9am-11am last week and never showed. My husband called and text multiple times all day and they finally answered that night and had no excuse for not showing. They rescheduled for today between 9am-11am and again never showed. It is now 8pm and they still have not contacted us about why they once again failed to show. Twice we have taken off work to wait for them and didn’t get as little as a call or text from them saying they wouldn’t be there. Due to time limits with the renovation, we are now scrambling to find a new company to do the work last minute. Terrible.

Excellent experience. They really went the extra mile to help me when both of my ac units stopped working. They were very patient with my home warranty company. They got it done. Explained everything, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Prompt responses when I messaged on Nextdoor. Came out within 24 hours of calling, fixed the issues in a little over an hour. This husband and wife team is a fantastic duo! Cannot thank yall enough for everything you did!! Will be my go to HVAC company from now on!
