They were fantastic! My car broke down on a road trip. It needed to be towed 2 hours away to North Carolina. They allowed me and my 8 week old puppy to ride with my car. Josh was my driver/technician. Josh was professional, informative and so personable. I highly recommend 2 Guys Towing and Auto Repair!! They are the best! 😁

Was in an accident last night unfortunately, and while it’s never a good thing 2 guys towing definitely made my night a little better. William got there pretty quick considering the road conditions which was a nice change since I had been told it would be hours until someone got there because there were so many wrecks at that time. He was very professional but at the same time he joked around, made good conversation, and made the situation just a little better. I had told him I didn’t care about getting more damage on the car but he took great care with loading, unloading, and helping guide me into a parking spot at the hotel. I had called a hotel down the road to stay at because we were over an hour from home, but he also recommended a way better one and was able to get my girlfriend and I there with no problems. Grateful for the experience, and amazed with the quality of work and everything from William! Highly recommend this company!

What a lifesaver. We were on our last 100 miles when a brake line blew. We have traveled 6,000 miles. Called these guys at lunch and they were so helpful. Job well done with a great price. Josh was awesome! Highly recommended!!

Man the day was just not my day. Had a tire blow out and completely ripped off the rim. I put the spare on and after about 15 miles, I be damned, the spare took dump on me too. It was a late Sunday night so nobody open to get me on the road again. Called 2 Guys Towing they told me the wait was about 30 minutes. Cool no big deal I'll just make a few phone calls while I wait. 20 minutes later, James was there. James was a professional, made good conversation, I could tell he like what he do for living. Being four hours away from home and an hour away from my destination I needed a lift fast. I don't have a lot of luck with the lottery, but my luck was dead on the money Sunday night with 2 Guys Towing my first call. Thanks guys.

Really appreciated that William was able to come out and get us when we broke down this evening on Rt 19. He was really polite, super friendly, and definitely happy to help. All in all it was about 90 minutes from breakdown to car on it's way to the repair shop. Definitely thankful for their prompt response and great service!

Operator Mike Stapleton was professional, on time, helpful and very communicative. Took extra care on my new Lincoln that unfortunately broke down. Definitely recommend 2 guys for your towing needs.

When my truck broke down unexpectedly in Beckley,,West Virginia I called my insurance company and 2 guys towing wass dispatched. They were very helpful in getting me to a repair shop in giving me a ride since I was unable to get an Uber ride. Very friendly and recommend them for towing. I actually had to use them twice while in Beckley since I couldn’t fix my truck and had to have it towed to the dealership for a trade-in. Two guys Towing did a standup job!

William is the man, showed up super professional and gave me very simple directions to help get the job done soundly. He even gave me a ride to the hotel I had to stay at for the weekend until the repair shop opened. Very good experience!
