We have dealt with 1st Service for at least 9 years and have had excellent service. Butch and then Dustin have fixed our problems and installed a whole new system in ‘21 to replace the original one built into our 1978 home. We love the ease and comfort of the system and the thorough follow-through of the representatives. They have always provided good service and good advice. We highly recommend this company.

Had water damage to our house and they came out to give a us a bid for removing our heat pump for the renovation. They were very professional and kindly helped us clear a drain line to avoid further water damage to the house. He was very pleasant to work with and first service should be proud to have him on board. Give the man a raise!

Very professional as always and explained everything so I could understand. Ill be calling if I need anything else and at the first of the year ill be joining the yearly ordeal and pass it on to others. Can't find very many you can trust and do quality work. Thank you and have a blessed day.

We love Dustin at 1st service! It is nice to find someone who cares about your hvac system as much or more than you do and Dustin fits that bill. He is knowledgeable and seems interested in staying current with new types of systems. Would definitely recommend him and his dad Butch.
