Servicing a Rheem heat pump that will not cool home. Found compressor was shorted out and needs replaced. Customer thought they were going to have to pay for a new unit until we ran the warranty through Rheem and found there was 2 yrs left on parts warranty. Now this customer will get a free compressor part from Rheem and only have to pay for the time and labor to install the part which is not covered under Rheem Warranty. This is one happy client that we now will have for all their hvac needs. Other company didn’t run warranty and wanted to charge them for the part too! Not Us! We do things the right way and the HONEST WAY!!
