Very reasonable in price to replace mechanics, spring, and opener for my garage. Casey offered to drive from south of Charlotte to north of Charlotte to open my door if I had a car trapped in the garage. Was not necessary. Highly recommend.

1st installed my oversized garage door (18'x10'6") and did a spectacular job. They ran into multiple issues but overcame them and didn't leave the job site till it was fully finished even though it was < 30° outside.

I was very impressed with 1st Select. Casey responded immediately to my call for help and came out the same day and fixed our problem. He explained what the problem was and quoted us several options on how to fix it depending on what exactly we wanted. I felt he was very honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Casey did à wonderful job replaceing the springs on my garage door.He took the time to show me what to keep sprayed so the door would operate correctly. Casey was great. I had a Wayne Dalton garage door and one of the internal springs broke. Texted Casey and he quoted me to change out the springs for traditional torsion springs. Very reasonable and done very quickly same day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
