1st Response Transport & Recovery Towing

I found my new go-to for towing in and near the Twin Cities! I used these guys to have one of our employee’s vans towed off a busy highway in very cold temps. The guy who helped me on the phone was extremely helpful and made the process very quick and easy. He had our van picked up in less than a half hour and the communication was awesome. They even send you a photo of your vehicle once it’s safely on a tow truck! The other tow company I called could not find our vehicles location based on a very clear description on the phone, and he estimated the wait time at over an hour. He also told me he would not tow the car if the driver didn’t stay with it (in sub zero weather!) and was overall very rude. I’ll be using 1st Response Transport and Recovery going forward and also recommending! Great work tow team!

David was fantastic! It was a relatively log tow and he made the trip enjoyable with good conversation. He was very thorough when picking up and dropping off my truck at the dealership for me. I would 10000% use this company and David for a tow in the future. He made my crappy day a lot better. I’m very appreciative of the services I received. From the phone call for the pickup to the seamless setup for pickup, the communication about the process, the pickup and the drop off. This company is a well oiled machine!

really amazing driver that came to get my car towed. he was patient with me while we tried to figure out why the card wasn't processing and when it did process it, he got my car on the tow truck and brought over to the place within 10 minutes and they were one of the only places that could actually come faster than tomorrow! thank you guys so much for the amazing fast job!!!

I called for a tow because my car would start and it said it had a parking brake issue. Ken was able to help me out and get the car going. His service was excellent and he was so easy and pleasant to work with. So glad Kievv and true were the ones sent to help. Ken was great!

Quickest tow company I've ever seen! Didn't catch the guys name so Big Poppa came out an saved the day super nice an straight to the point! Early morning so thought Id wait hrs no they were there in less than 30min worked out perfectly Thank you guy!
