Quickest tow company I've ever seen! Didn't catch the guys name so Big Poppa came out an saved the day super nice an straight to the point! Early morning so thought Id wait hrs no they were there in less than 30min worked out perfectly Thank you guy!

I called for a tow because my car would start and it said it had a parking brake issue. Ken was able to help me out and get the car going. His service was excellent and he was so easy and pleasant to work with. So glad Kievv and true were the ones sent to help. Ken was great!

Towing an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) car for 6 miles typically costs between $75 and $125. The cost for me is $205 for 1st Response. I only settle with them because the person over the phone said they already sent out a tow truck but after waiting for 20min I called again and the person over the phone was speaking to me rude saying we spoke on the phone just 7min ago, why am i calling again. I told him I checked the call log and it was indeed not 7min ago that we spoke but 20. The person over the phone said that the tow truck will be over in 4min or so. After waiting for an additional 15min, I called another tow truck place that costs a bit less and was going to go with them but the tow truck for 1st response finally showed up. The person that came did good loading up the car onto the bed of the tow truck, strap it on tight and will meet us at the destination.

David was very friendly and provided fast and efficient service towing my vehicle. Great experience overall.

Fast service, friendly staff and fair pricing. If there's a better tow truck company I can't find it! The 1st response team is top notch from their call service to their towing team. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I had a van get stuck on a construction site at a very off angle. I called up 1st response after dark and they came out in under 10 minutes! The tow truck operator was extremely polite and worked with me to help get my van from stuck in the mud to back on the road with no damage to the van. If you every find yourself in need of a tow or stuck somewhere I would make 1st Response Transport the top of your list for places to call. I know I will be calling them again if we ever run into another issue.
