Nathan came and towed my car in rush hour traffic with an hour heads up, for very cheap. This is not a tow-truck driver, this is a customer service expert. So you blow the rear tire on your motorcycle flying down route 5, after the initial shock/fear kicks in you're able to pull over to the busiest freeway shoulder on the planet and assess the situation. After calling AAA (member for 27 years) and two other tow companies no one is willing to come get your bike on a flatbed. You're starting to panic because you're cooking on the side of the road in 80 degree weather worried if you'll be able to get you and your bike picked up before dark when all of a sudden NATHAN answers the call. He was the warmest person and super helpful immediately. He understood the situation and genuinely rushed to my aid. Within half hour he is loading my baby up onto the flatbed with extreme care. We have a great conversation on the half ride to the tire shop, which he personally called to have them stay open 20 past closing for us! I could not have been more relieved or grateful for his awesome service. Nathan is the man, reliable, affordable and friendly. I have saved his number in my phone for any emergencies on the road. Heavily recommend!!!

Nathan towed my sons car to be repaired. His communication was exceptional. Updating me every few minutes on ETA, Sent me photos of the car loaded, unloaded and handed over. I cannot stress how exceptional his communication and level of service were. Fairly priced also.

How can I begin to describe the service and level of professionalism that I experienced with Nathan and 1st Responder Towing.... World-class service!!! From minute one Nathan was proactive, service oriented, articulate, kind and timely. He offered me water from the second he was getting my information. I sat down calmly inside his towing truck after having waited for a previous towing service, who's business license should be revoked (I had called Bees Towing in Tustin, CA... they had quoted me one thing and as soon as the driver hooked up my vehicle he called his "boss" and doubled the price. I immediately called Nathan again who returned my call when this dishonest towing company arrived. I ended up paying a "hook up fee" with Bees Towing but it was worth every penny to receive Nathan's honest service instead). Nathan's towing service was the complete opposite- transparent, professional, and kind. His truck was impeccable and I will say it again, he was God sent. My fiance and I are so happy and greatful for his determination to make a difference. We are remaining customers of 1st Responder Towing moving forward! Nathan, thank you, kindly. Need a tow? Stress no more and call Nathan. Other companies refused to tow my car because it was just inside, only few cars down into the parking structure. Nathan pulled up and helped push the car out so it can be loaded up on the truck. He was upfront with the price, the travel distance, and his towing plan. 5 stars and highly recommend to the public.
