I didn't want to do this as we have used Will once before and he was great with our dog. However, we had booked Will a couple months in advance for a week's boarding whilst we were on holiday; it was confirmed and deposit paid for. 3 weeks before the trip I contacted Will making sure everything was still okay, and I was completely ghosted. Panicking with no available dog sitters and non-refundable flights, we had to ask friends and family to try and step in. Will did not turn up, and a week after our holiday I have still heard nothing after contacting him via text, Rover, Instagram and phone calls. I can only hope nothing serious has happened to Will and that there are extenuating circumstances; however, with the sheer lack of communication and being left without cover, I would not recommend Will.

This is the second time using Will and Will is absolutely the best pet/house sitter. Our pets love him. He really cares and looks after both our pets and our house. Highly recommended 5⭐️

We couldn’t be happier with the care our two kittens received! Will looked after them wonderfully, sending plenty of updates and adorable photos so we knew they were happy and well. He was reliable and tidy and it’s clear he genuinely cares for animals – we’d happily have him cat-sit again.

I cannot recommend William highly enough. Our dogs are our life… they’re the centre of our universe and William clearly understood the brief. We had a last minute cancellation from our sitter and didn’t know what to do, so I sent out a request explaining our story. Within minutes he agreed, set himself up and leave and was at our house. Christopher (our Boston Terrier) and Carol (our Schnauzer) absolutely adored him. He took incredible care of them, carefully following every one of our babies’ needs and giving them love, cuddles, treats and comfort. Our house was well-cared for and our space perfectly kept. He offered so many things for our babies’ care that we eventually had to tell him that he’s doing more than we paid for!! We got home to two spoiled little doggies who probably can’t wait for us to go away again so that he can come back and look after them.

Highly recommend! Will took care of our chow-Chow, Simba for two weeks at our apartment whilst we were on holiday. He sent us daily updates, photos and videos and Simba enjoyed a lot of walks and play. We came back to a clean & tidy apartment and a happy dog.

Second booking with William, staying at our home for 6 nights with our two labs. He was great and the pups were well looked after. William is a joy to deal with and very respectful of our home and caring for our pups. Would certainly recommend. William was a natural with our two Labradors. We booked him in March 2024. He's kind, polite, professional and courteous. He house sat our Labs for a day and provided regular pics and updates and took wonderful care of them. Would certainly recommend William based on our experience and intend to rebook him for his services in the future.

Will was really reliable and communicative, and took care of our home really carefully and competently. He was entirely self-sufficient, and our Labrador and cat were very calm and happy when we returned - clearly having been very well looked after. Would definitely recommend Will to others as a pet/housesitter

Very highly recommended! Can't compliment Will enough. Communicated daily whilst away and asked plenty of questions as my daschund is on medication etc. Nothing was ever any effort or too much trouble. Would definitely use Will again when travelling abroad.

Will has taken care of our chocolate Labrador, Casper, on three separate applications. He has been absolutely superb and has bonded well with Dog. He totally understands the retrieval aspect that the dog loves of dummies toys and balls. He’s a lovely guy and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

William was amazing with my 2yr old Belgain malinois. I was a bit nervous at first as my dog is very energetic and wasnt sure how he would take to meeting. William reassured me by arranging a meet and greet as well as telling me he will send pictures and videos frequently whilst away he also showed me previous clients reviews which set my mind at ease a bit. needless to say I was extremely satisfied, they got on so well together as soon as they met and the sit was amazing too, got sent pictures and video of there daily adventures and more. William was also very understandable and flexible on the day of my return as I had a family emergency I had to attend to last minute and stayed with my dog till I returned and when I did I was greeted to an extremely happy dog and a very clean house i shall definitely be picking william from 1st pets ltd to sit again in the future thank you william.
