I would give six stars if I could. John is simply the best—honest, professional, and efficient. Other plumbers quoted me outrageous prices and told me it was “industry standard” to charge for hours not actually worked.
When John came out, he immediately noticed my water pressure was abnormal just by listening to the noise. He fixed everything at a very reasonable price.
One important thing to note is that John comes fully prepared with his van and plumbing supplies. This eliminates unnecessary trips to supply shops, which are often billed to the customer.
I will be John’s repeat customer for decades to come.

Excellent company and customer service! We’ve had Darrell come by twice now, and he’s been absolutely fantastic each time. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and friendliness really stand out. You can tell he takes pride in his work — I always feel confident the job’s been done right when he leaves, without having to worry about anything being done halfway or janky. Highly recommend!
