Sergio was amazing! He diagnosed and fixed our heater quickly during a cold snap, stayed late to finish the job right, and was very friendly. Very reasonably priced, too! We’ll be using them for all our AC and heating needs!

Sergio is friendly and very knowledgeable. He had the parts on his well stocked truck. His prices are very reasonable and he got our unit going. I called at 7:40 and he had 1 call to do then. He trouble shot and fixed the bad motor and had good cold air just at noon

Very professional service and speedy! I highly recommend this company. A year prior our AC system went out and we went with a different company and thought it was fixed. Then a day ago it went out again and we had no idea why. We thought the first company fixed but it ended up they just did a quick fix, this company however took the time to figure out what was wrong and took the time to fix it right!

Sergio is always on top of the service !! Came out here on the same day when the weather was 15 degrees out ! My Unit stopped blowing hot air messaged him the morning of and came out and got it working quick !! Great service as usual highly recommended!!!

Sergio is the absolute best! Fair, honest, and just a really nice guy. He's not only shown me the problems when he's been here. But he also explains the issue, how to prevent the issues, and how to properly maintain your unit. The issues I had were small, and I had companies out before him that either misidentified the problem, or we're out for a larger payday, and didn't fix my problems. Sergio is, in my opinion, the best. He has earned a customer for life by doing his job, not taking advantage of his customers, and being the fair and honest person he is. He is the best of the best. Great experience! Called late asking for an emergency service for my AC unit and they came out to my house as soon as possible. The issue wasn’t able to be fixed right away but they were able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the unit and come up with a plan for fixing it. Would highly recommend!

1st choice is the absolute best, always answers when called and is quick to help. They did everything to help my older AC unit keep running until it finally gave out. Once we agreed upon replacing the older unit they were here the next day and finished the removal and install in the same day! All of the employees were very professional and did an amazing job cleaning up when all was said and done. Would absolutely recommend 1st Choice to anyone and everyone with any HVAC need
