1300 FINDLEAK Gas & Water Leak Detection

I had a complicated case where I had a different plumber come in and the building manager was not satisfied with their report, so I went with 1300 findleak. Michael was able to determine who it belonged to and give a detailed report very quickly. I am very appreciative of this. Oliver and especially Michael went above and beyond even after the visit as there was an intense argument over the report (between other parties) and I had to reach out to clarify what was on the report. I will be recommending them to anyone that has a leak. They are very knowledgeable, professional and able to explain things clearly.

After many years of being perplexed about a mysterious leak, Oliver was able to isolate the cause and suggest an appropriate remedy. We are in the process of rectifying the problem but it all seems to make sense. A great service.

1300 Findleak serviceman came to our property in early September 2025. Despite using various equipment including acoustic device to detect they were not able to accurately locate the source of the leak. Their claim of "detecting even the most elusive leaks" is nothing but an overpromise and underdeliver in our case. The serviceman who attended our property was brash and in a rush. In an attempt to locate the leak while his equipment failed to accurately find it, he snapped and broke two of our wooden deck panels so he could dig underneath. He did ask and said the screws were there anyway so it would not make any difference to "simply" lift and break the wood panel, we felt that we had no choice at the time as we were desperate to find the leak and cut the water bill and he kept saying he had another job in the city. He had all the tools available to remove the screws first without damaging the wood. He was either in a hurry or too lazy to remove the screws to open the panel, he just lifted and broke the wood. He simply did not care. Net net 1300 Findleak did not find the exact location of the leak, our plumber did! He showed us the "approximate" leak location and he added it was most likely inside the house - not what we didn't know already as we could hear where the hissing noise came from but we believed there was a chance it was outside the house. Luckily our plumber didn't jack hammer the tiled floor inside the house as the leak was indeed outside the house. It was unfortunate that we wasted our money on using 1300 Findleak. I would not have given even 1 star if Google allows.
