Paid $368 for a leak detection service that didn’t resolve the issue. Thermal imaging was barely used, follow-up requests were ignored, and my concerns were dismissed. Very poor service, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Very unprofessional staff and director who won't listen. I will be taking a legal action against them.

You’re free to defend your reputation, but unfortunately, the service I received was not satisfactory, and your handling of the matter as a director was very unprofessional. It’s interesting that you have an issue with an honest review - exactly as you said, let customers decide for themselves whether they want to risk spending money with your company. From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only unhappy customer who feels misled. If informing you that I’m pursuing legal action is considered “bullying” or a “threat” in your view, that’s your interpretation - but I will continue to do what I believe is right.
