1221 HVAC

I wanted to share my experience with Corey, who was referred to me by a mutual friend. I had an emergency with my HVAC system, and Corey came out first thing in the morning to assess the situation. He clearly explained my options and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He ultimately provided a solution that not only made sense but was also very cost-effective. Corey is someone I would absolutely recommend.

Cory came out to replace/install duct work for a bathroom fan. He clearly explained the issue and our options. He was quick to complete the work and very friendly.

I had weak AC/ heat for several years. Other technicians said it was okay, it just couldn't handle the heat. Something was wrong because it could for many years. 1221 HVAC diagnosed the problem and discussed my options. Since the system was over 18 years old I went with a new system. I thought my previous HVAC install was great. It was, but my latest one was definitely a step up. The little things like communication, fit and finish, better explanation of choices, more consideration to my wants, attention to details and excellent follow-up. The new system will be much easier to maintain thanks to some thoughtful placement. It will also work better due to better choices presented and implemented. I highly recommend 1221 HVAC for all your HVAC needs.

Corey was great - he was immediately responsive, and able to move around his day to accommodate an emergency. He diagnosed the issue, found the parts and fixed it. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my gas heater during the recent, extremely cold weather. Corey was highly recommended to troubleshoot this issue. He made time in his schedule to address the matter promptly. I was also impressed with his kindness and the consideration he showed when coming into my my home since the snow outside was still everywhere! He explained the problem clearly after carefully and respectfully listening to the information I provided. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

My furnace stopped working when it was in the upper teens outside. Never fails. I reached out to 1221 HVAC and received a quick call back that he would be at my house in an hour and a half. He was right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, went out to get the required parts and had everything working normally within an hour after arrival. Cost for the service/repair was reasonable. I would use 1221 HVAC for future HVAC and plumbing work. Good local firm.

Corey and Rob did a great job and made our installation so quick and easy. They explained everything and asked our opinions on everything before they finalized the installation.

He always shows up on time, fixes problems quickly, and explains everything clearly. Very knowledgeable. He always gives tips on how to prevent issues and troubleshoot items myself and always helps me to save money wherever I can.
