I reached out to this company because my dryer had been having ongoing issues. From the first phone call, they were incredibly responsive and professional. They scheduled me quickly, arrived right on time, and got straight to work. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t just “fix and leave.” They took the time to identify the root cause of the problem and clearly explained what was going on and what the next steps should be. Even after I paid the one-time visit fee, when I mentioned that I’d recently had major parts replaced and was frustrated with repeated issues, they were extremely thoughtful and considerate. Instead of pushing for more paid repairs, they actually suggested I check the warranty period on the previous work. They walked me through what should be covered and encouraged me to follow up with the prior service provider. Their honesty, and compassion genuinely surprised me. They helped me potentially save $300 of money and empowered me with the right information. That level of integrity is rare. My dryer is working again, and I’ll absolutely be calling them in the future for any appliance needs. Highly recommend!

Once again Ray and Well did an amazing job - this time dryer! Diagnosed problem, ordered new part and repaired in less than a week for good price! Honestly look no further, these guys have expertise, are honest, are local business, have great customer service, good price and are fast! They make it easy to repair what you already have vs buying new - good for pocket book and environment too! I am going to stick with them to fix all my appliances!! I am so very grateful I found them!
