101 Lint Busters was great! I scheduled the appointment to have my dryer vents, inside the machine and the vent to outside. Eric called me to ask questions about my dryer, usage, problems, etc. On the day of the appointment, he texted me that he was on his way and would be arriving in about 20-25 minutes. While cleaning, he showed me some pictures of areas he cleaned. He also showed me some items that I could purchase to help keep my dryer vents clean. He was very nice and I appreciate the great job he did!

Prompt responses, clear communications, and true-to-promise arrival times were just the beginning of our excellent experience with 101 Lint Busters. I wrote for a quote for a vent and dryer clean-out, and the price was reasonable and the appointment quick. Once on site, the team discovered a structural issue with my vent that would require minor construction (or destruction of my drywall at least) to repair before cleaning would be effective. To my surprise, they were able to not only repair the vent, but patch up the wall after - all during the same appointment and for a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for friendly professionals who keep their word, look no further.
