Patrick was a great help to me. He fixed my problem speedily and was very efficient and personable. He was pleasant and kind explaining issues I did not know. I would definitely use him again.

Lockout service was quick and worked, but cost $210 for a simple 5 minute unlock 25 min away. No price quoted ahead of time. Felt like price gouging. I would recommend getting a firm quote or taking business elsewhere.

48 hours ago I called a different locksmith company out to unlock my car (I lost my keys and thought they were inside the car). 5 minutes of labor later, the keys were not there AND I was charged $600 for it. Still needing keys, I contacted 10 Minute Locksmith to request a tech to come out and cut me new keys / program a new remote. The man I spoke with put me in contact Alex and boy was he amazing. Alex called me asking what services I needed. I filled him in on what happened and he was appalled at the service I received prior, and ensured me he would be honest and upfront with me before services were performed. Alex proceeded to tell me his services cost a rang of $100-250 but would need to evaluate the situation to see what needed to be done. He got to my residence in 30 minutes and gave me a more accurate quote. Of course it was roughly 1/3 the price of the previous tech and Alex’s service ended up being significantly better. Not only did Alex provide me with honest, transparent pricing, he also went over new key and fob costs to help me find the right fit for my car and budget. This man not only re-keyed my car, but also cut a new key, and re-programmed my remote. He truly paid attention to detail by: - ensuring the key fit the door and ignition - tested the cut by turning on my car - ensured my remote code worked - kept me in the loop the entire time I used a locksmith several years ago for the same issue, so I had an idea of what good, safe service should be. Alex did an amazing job! I am grateful for a company that employs fair, honest workers who prioritize the customer and communication. Should I ever have a problem in the future I will absolutely be going straight to 10 Minute Locksmith. Thank you!

I was rushing out this morning and locked keys in the house Mykola pulled up on 7 minutes literally…took him no more than 2 minutes to get my house door unlocked …I am so grateful for this man
