I had an unexpected plumbing emergency when a pipe burst late on a Saturday night, and I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received from 1-Tom-Plumber. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and truly committed to helping. Addison, the customer service representative, was wonderful. She immediately reached out to find someone who could assist and was so kind throughout the process. Austin arrived that night to handle the emergency and quickly got the water stopped—he was fantastic and brought a sense of calm to a stressful situation. The next day, Thomas and Dee came out and did an amazing job. I ended up needing a new water line, which meant digging, getting under the house, and a lot of hard work. They handled everything with skill and care, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they put into completing the job the right way. They will also be coming back to install a new water heater, and I feel confident the work will be just as solid. Lastly, Julie from customer service was also great. Her assistance and communication made the entire experience even smoother. I truly appreciate the prompt response, the hard work from everyone involved, and the way each person went above and beyond to help. I would absolutely recommend 1-Tom-Plumber—everyone was amazing!

Thomas Davis was great!! He was so knowledgeable and super friendly! He was able to come the next day after another company had no-showed on us and get it done. And he was faster and half the price of the other company!! We will use him for all our future plumbing needs! And his helper Dee was great too.

It was a SATURDAY, Tyrese came stated a clog in line. 2.5 hours later said clog was cleared. It was a BIG MESS when he left. My bathroom was clean when he came, but when he left the dirty water had backed up in my shower, and was never checked before leaving. My toilet he had to pull, was placed with different bolts, but stated” he had no caps to replace my old ones. The floor and wall behind my toilet was sprayed with dirty water. Left with a disgusting mess. I’m a senior, and with health issues and to say I was happy would be a big story. Be careful who you use! I called office next Monday, and stated managers were out! Never received a call back to make it right.” No customer service”. Be careful who you hire!!!

Tyrese and Rodger were absolutely fantastic. They quickly identified a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom tub that was draining into the downstairs hallway and kitchen. They explained the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and had everything diagnosed and repaired the same day with zero issues. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be more impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing service. We contacted around ten "emergency plumbers" before finally finding one who could actually come out on a Sunday night. It was refreshing to speak with a real person instead of an AI assistant. They even sent us a text with a picture of our technician. Tyrese was fantastic and very kind to drive from Summerville on a late Sunday evening. Thank you for all of your help!

Austin came to my apartment and was incredibly professional friendly and gave lots of good information as to what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. He did an amazing job and fixed the problem as quickly as he could and if we have problem in the future we will definitely be calling 1Tom plumber and asking for Austin if the company continues to hire people like him, they’ll be going in the right direction as I learned that he was new to the company. Thanks for everything you did and taking care of our plumbing problem.

Guy was great. Showed up right on time. He explained to me the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate. He quickly grabbed the needed parts, promptly returned, and fixed the issue. We’re satisfied with our results so far! Definitely would recommend!
