Drain assemblies under sinks take more abuse than people realize. This Ladson kitchen had developed a slow leak at the connection between the tailpiece and P-trap. The compression washer had deteriorated over time, allowing water to seep out during heavy use. We disassembled the entire drain configuration, replaced all washers and gaskets, and reassembled everything with proper alignment and tightness.
