We had an extension put on our lanai 6 years ago, with a conventional roof, so that we could use the space regardless of the weather. Unfortunately, we have had problems with recurrent leaking and the company that installed it has not been able to rectify the issue. I saw a 1 Roof truck in my area, checked out their reviews, and decided to give them a call. Very glad I did. The company is very responsive and communicates well. We had a very professional evaluation from Thomas, with a detailed explanation and photos, explaining why he thought the leak occurred. The estimate seemed to be a fair price, given the extent of repair needed. The work was done promptly and efficiently, and we have not had a leak since. Even with some heavy rainfall, the seam where the leak was has been completely sealed. Very happy with the work of 1 Roof, and I'd highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with 1 Roof LLC. Very reasonable pricing to repair overhang garage roof suffering from 2 leaks. Work was completed in 1 day as estimated. The craftsmanship and customer service of the 2 roof techs was excellent. They also did an outstanding job of cleaning up after the repairs were completed. This is the second time that I’ve had 1 Roof out to take care of some maintenance and repair issues with our tile roof. On both occasions Aric, Thomas and their technicians have done a wonderful job, addressed all our concerns, and operated in a courteous, professional manner. They communicated clearly on when they would arrive and I even received a call from Aric on a SUNDAY afternoon confirming that they would be out to my home the next day. The technician on the current job couldn’t have been nicer, repeatedly checking to see that we were satisfied with the job. I would recommend 1 Roof without hesitation.

Remember it's the lowest responsible bid. They stripped my roof and found the sins of omission from the past. They corrected all of those errors and repaired the resultant damage. They even repaired the decorative cladding on my chimney and repainted it to a high degree of professionalism. They could have told me get someone to do the paint and carpentry, but they did it in house. Why? So they could charge me more? No, it was less than 1% additional. The real reason is so they could control the quality of the repairs to make it easier for warranty work if needed. These are the type of contractors you need working on your home.

We could not be happier with our entire experience with 1 Roof. They helped us understand the process, were patient as we chose our shingles and went through the hoa process/paperwork. During the reroof they protected our yard, landscaping and exterior of our home. If we need any roofing in the future I will only call them. They are local, kind and honest people.

The 1 roof team showed up on time and worked til the job was done. I had new roof put on my house and a partial fire chimney taken down it was not properly secured to my wall so it was causing damage to my roof. They did an excellent job I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for the job.
