1 Hour Maids

Terrible cleaning. Asked for a deep cleaning. 2 people came. They basically did a wipe down of everything. Let the company know said they would send a touch up cleaner. She came and did just a touch up again. Said only has a 2 hr time frame so did not give her time for a thorough cleaning. Would NOT RECOMMEND. You asked what time would be good I said 9:30am that was all. You didn't reply. U just sent an invoice in an email the next day of the 9:30am time that I said and the amount. No discussion of that it will be a certain amount of hrs and I never said anything of an up and til time.

Second time using 1 hour maid and WOW again looks like a new home. If anybody is looking for a cleaning service do not look elsewhere. Celia did an amazing job she came solo and did everything all by herself.She even clean the huge grease stain on the wall above the oven,it looks like it's been repainted LOL. Celia even cleaned my greasy air fryer and my greasy coffee machine again looks like they're brand new machines. I highly recommend anybody who needs cleaning service to use 1 hour maid . Don't look nowhere else!!!

1 Hr Maids made my move-out so much smoother. They were very flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciated, and showed up right on time. The team was not only incredibly thorough with the cleaning, but also super friendly and easy to work with. My place looked spotless by the time they finished. Danny and Edward did an amazing job cleaning the salon I work at!! They were very friendly and took the time to fully deep clean the salon from front to back. They understood everything we needed done and they delivered perfectly! Will definitely be booking with them again!

I’ve been using this cleaning service for over a year now and I love their Work. They are always on time and make sure they get the spot that I didn’t even know existed in my house. My favorite cleaner name is Yuliana I literally trust her with everything in my house. I’ve been leaving her in my house to clean alone for a while now this company is very trustworthy. They clean two of my houses and I never had issues at all!

All honesty this is the best service I’ve received in a very long time. Everything was just so clean and perfect once the service was completed it shocked me!! Also if you ever want additional things done or cleaned after the service is already completed they try there best to accommodate every need you have as professional and fast as they possibly can. I wanted an extra room cleaned and I thought they wouldn’t be able to do it because it was a late notice but they happily helped and finished everything that was asked AND THEN SUM!! Smelled great and looked great! So far been using them for a few months and I never will look elsewhere!! If you want efficient and clean services this is the best company !! HANDS DOWN🙏! So so happy I found them. Everyone I tell they are also now loyal customers!! Just call and ask for an estimate they are so helpful and nice!
