I had a good experience with everyone I came in contact with at 1-800 Water Damage. Juan’s inspections were very thorough and I appreciated how cheerful, patient, and down-to-earth he was. Edgar and Benjamin were also very friendly, efficient, and hard-working. Murali always replied promptly and patiently to my various questions and concerns through phone and email. Felt we had mold in the house so I called and Juan came over and checked the suspect areas. Reassured me there was no wet mold but we discussed opening up the walls to check for dry mold, and remediation should it be necessary . He gave me a very reasonable quote as well as explained the process for remediation. Turned out air quality company also said there was no mold so I did not have to use their services. But I was very happy with Juan’s response and would have used them m company had I needed to

Murali was very quick to investigate, triage, and get our water damage issue addressed! We had a problem with our laundry machine leaking water, which caused our laminate flooring to bulge. Murali came over the very next day to assess the issue, and I was able to start a claim with State Farm almost immediately. Within the same week, his team already started the mitigation process with the dehumidifiers, removing the problematic areas, and taping the partitions in the area. I was also very satisified with the restoration work. Murali's team was able to replace the entire flooring of my kitchen + living room with my desired LVP within 1 week.

Big shoutout to Juan, Estaban, and Murali for their outstanding work on our home. We had a pipe burst, and they responded immediately with a free inspection. They quickly set up all the necessary equipment to mitigate the damage and stayed responsive throughout the entire process. We had surface mold issues in the ceiling of one room. Using the pictures we got an estimate from Murali. He explained clearly what the procedure and how it would be done. His estimate is very reasonable compared to others. They were very flexible to schedule the treatment timely. The two technicians, Jeremiah and Jaylee, did a fantastic job to clean the whole ceiling. this review is over do I had a kitchen fire 3 weeks ago that’s caused a lot of smoke to my house, and my kitchen was really bad. Three companies came out Angel was one of them. The reason why I paid the Angel and not the other people cause Angel wasn’t pushy. He explained everything thing to me that were needed to happen stood back. The other two companies were very pushy and tried to make me sign thank you Angel for being patient and helping me through the whole process with calling my insurance getting a claim started and getting emergency right away. I highly recommend this company Angel  and his team were great.
