Left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon and received a response that evening to have someone show up on Monday was a lifesaver! Very thankful to the team for ensuring we found the issue, cleaned and dried the area, and provided us with a contact to fix a foundation issue with our home. I normally don't leave reviews, but I'm leaving one since I had a great experience with them. I had water damage in my house, so I contacted them to dry it out as soon as possible. Garett and Lawan came by the same day and started working right away. They answered all of my many questions, helped with the insurance claims, covered the floors before starting work to keep them undamaged and clean, and much more. The wet areas of my house were completely dried out quickly thanks to their excellent work, and the house remained clean even after all the work was done. I highly recommend working with them!

We were so pleased with 1-800 Water Damage. We had a sewage backup in our basement. Having never dealt with anything like this before, we were very upset. But, talking on the phone with Cody really helped. He was so calm and helpful. We were so thankful that Garett and Lawan got right out to us. They were both so pleasant and professional. We were referred to 1-800 Water Damage by our plumber. I received a very quick response from Coty who then arranged an inspection/quote. He was very flexible and easy to work with. Once we decided to move forward with his company, the work proceeded very quickly from there. It was very convenient and required minimal disruptions in our schedules.
