I purchased a Liberty safe in June of 2024. Shane could not have been more helpful at the time, and I was very happy with the entire experience. Now in December of 2025 the electronic lock started to become unresponsive, so I contacted the factory for support on the lock but after a day and a half did not get a response. I called Shane and described the problem, and he said he would contact the factory on my behalf. I thought it would be a few more days with my safe door stuck open and unusable. 15 minutes later he called to say he was on his way over to my house with a new electronic lock. I could not believe it. Literally within 45 minutes of me calling Shane about my problem he was at my door with a replacement lock. Ten minutes later I was back in business. I am not disparaging the factory as I understand the issues many businesses today are having with customer service support, so I really want to highlight the importance of having a relationship with the local providers. Shane, and his boss, are to be commended in the highest possible way for immediately taking ownership of this problem and fixing it. I could not be happier with the local shop and my Liberty safe. Every business says they stand behind their products and unfortunately, we know this isn't always true. Shane, and the ownership of 1-800-4A Gun Safe, have proven that they absolutely care about their customers and I could not give a better recommendation for dealing with them than this experience.
